Please try to delete the application from your PC and then reinstall it: https://plarium.com/en/plarium-play/

I have uninstalled app.  I even renamed the folders in C:\Users\\AppData\Local\Plarium\PlariumPlay\StandAloneApps\SFM so that it can download a fresh app from the server.  Unfortunately it is still the same. My In-game Rise of Balur ID is BlackMasque. The other game I play using the Plarium app works find (Nords, Vikings)  


I can generate a dump file if you need it for investigation.

As for the error encountered: none.  The game just stops at Examining the prophecies...

As for my IP Address: 112.200.27.7

Hello! I've discussed this issue with devs and they're aware of it.

Unfortunately, the application doesn't run for some players and they're going to fix it in the upcoming update that is planned for the near future.

Stuck with Download prompt


Someone messed up with the app development

Fresh download of the APP and install, the APP works fine for all other games except Stormfall Rise of Balur

Latest update doesn't allow us to download it - we get the "available" prompt but the download doesn't work! Tells us it is installed but then loops back to "new version available"! Last update worked fine straight away.

I hate invalid headers, a script kiddies bane. java script ain't that hard kids. Why release an update when it clearly fails on this platform

Yust in case you will recommend this: Downloading the latest setup and reinstalling does not solve the issue.

I would be kind if you at least would compensate for the lost daily special quests. Weekly and monthly special quest are unreachable with 2 days lost.

The issue with Plarium Play was fixed yesterday.

the update has fixed the login issue, but has let the gremlins out, and they have turned psycho.. please deal with the multi accounts.

We don't prohibit running several accounts if they don't use the bot programs.

Still, we try to prevent the activity of players who have several accounts by different in-game limits and features that require a lot of time for development.

To those that have an issue with the app hanging at "Examining the prophecies..."  

Alina suggested that you edit the Windows registry and delete the following registry


HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Plarium\Stormfall


After removing the registry key, managed to log into the game... Horay!!
