Because Plarium provides the game for the PC that's why we are using it!

And you are wrong, there are no alternatives. Once you create an account on the PC app you can't play the same account on other platforms. You are tied to the PC platform then.

Let me ask you this question: Why should one try to guess the meaning of letters one a tiny phone display if he can use a 24 inch screen?

I have exactly the same problem and it has been this way for days

I have manually cleared cache, and re-installed a fresh version of the App, but no different

and I also hate the idea of playing ANY game on a tiny screen with no mouse or keyboard controls - Just wish they would give us a genuine full screen mode and zoom out button
We also need better controls for adding friends, refreshing game etc

If this is the future of online gaming then give me a Tardis  lol

Strange comment! I play Age of War on the Plarium app, and spotted that Rise of Balur was available too - if Plarium don't want us to play on the PC app, then why provide it? It accepts payment from us so should give us the same rights, BETA or not, as "regular" players. If not I would like a refund, please!

I am still able to get into both using the Plarium App for Windows, but nothing being done about the restricted screen size. Cannot find any way to send a support request - clicking support just takes you to Support Centre with no way to submit a ticket!

Hello, guys! 


The thing is that the beta version may have some glitches. However, our devs are working to improve it and I hope that all the issues will be fixed with the future game updates.

Bugs do not create themselves

This bug was created by devs messing around and not TESTING their work, which is a common failing on all plarium games

Looks like the latest update has fixed the mini screen issue - so far cannot see any other problems, so thank you!

Agreed seems so far to have fixed it. Dunno why we were asked why using PC app when that is what we are "beta testing"?

Is this Plarium's tactics: Declare a software as beta for years with the intention to not really care for it? When will they have a release version?

my game is stuck on the loading screen... it stays on this for hours and the bar doesnt move but the animation in the background continues

i have the same Problem and when i open my handy with the plarium ID, then i have a new game!

There have been some lags across all platforms recently, it may take a while for you to access the pc version.

There are really lots of bugs in the windows version. I will try to describe some of them:


1. Since yesterday I can not access the general tab of the battle reports. As soon as I try to open the battle reports, the game hangs and does not recover. Other tabs ("Battleground/Stoneheart trials", "Undead/Corrupted") can be opened via the short message on top of the screen. But without the general battle reports the game is hardly playable.


2. Bug reports can not be submitted ingame. If I try to acces "Settings" -> "Guide" -> "Contact us" the game hangs and does not recover.


3. Hamlet owners are often shown with wrong avatars. The name is correct but avatar including alliance, coalition and level are completely random. This may lead to serious trouble if you attack the wrong guy because you rely on the information shown in the hamlet overview.


4. When the game is loading is displays a message about a new version beeing available. The message has 2 buttons: "OK" and "Cancel", Hitting OK is not updating the game client.


5. When you try to return a fleet immediatly by using a time boost exceeding the current return time, the time boost can not be applied.


6. The screen labled "Quests" in the "Eagle's Nest" has no contents.


7. Items in the temporary inventory sometimes are display with the wrong image.

Hello! Thank you for such detailed feedback. Currently, our devs are working to improve the game application. I expect that all the issues will be solved with one of the nearest releases.
