After removing the registry key, managed to log into the game... Horay!!

Hi


I still unable to log in into the game, even uninstall and download a new apps from the web.

Once I clicked the icon and started loading, it will pop up a new window contain the first page of this apps.


It is not only for this game, but I also cant log in into other game such as Vikings

I was given the advice to log out on this top screen and then log in again, and it let me in. But ... there is a new different problem today and I cannot get in again!!

I've  been playing the beta through the Plarium Play app on my  laptop for several days. Now for the last 2 days it hangs while loading. I've uninstalled & reinstalled the app to no avail. Is there any fix for this?

Hello!

If you're still not able to enter the game, please try clearing cache by deleting user>Programs>PlariumPlay>Cache folder.

Game updated now. Screen size is now like on a mobile phone. Before the game comletly filled the PC screen. I wonder what it looks like on a tablet.

I can't believe this has been the case all day and no reply from the developers. How do you push an update without testing the PC platform? Really shabby DevOps!!

Developers? There are no developers, it's just a bunch of clowns. They screw almost every update on the PC platform. Situation improved now at least a bit. Now some screens use the full window. The main screen is still in mobile phone format. This screen I took after displaying the map and changing back to ther main screen:

Exactly the same problem - game confusing to play with the overlay. I thought that it might go away if I logged in again after updating, but still here this morning!

Four days later, the game is still unplayable in a tiny little window.


What idiot released this update, surely they need to be booted.


I will give it another day, then i am gone for good.

Please, try to delete the application and reinstall it. I've just checked this matter on my side and it seems that everything works fine.

Tried re installing after deleting app many times over the past 5 days.


Still unplayable in a tiny window, another player has left the game

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times. Still same result over entire weekend and into what the 5th day now? Bugs me to have nice wide screen and only using 1/3rd of it and have to scroll all over the place within small window. In case it is not understood, the initial castle screen comes up fine, then the obligatory first ad to sell us game items, when that is closed, our active window is the same size as the ad window and control does not revert to the full screen like it used to.

Boris's comments must be in the wrong thread as he is commenting on the andriod/phone app.


Meanwhile..... The PC APP is still broken.


Five days later, no action from plarium, nor help from this forum. This reinforces my decision to never spend a cent in this BETA game.

Unbelievable, this small image issue is still going on after how many days now? Come on Plarium, how stupid is it that a function that was previously working without issue is now broken?


And Boris, show us your screenshot that disproves what we users are experiencing - prove that your screenshot shows the issue being fixed. I am experiencing the same issue, and here is my screenshot to prove it:

I will try to crosscheck if the app has any issues on plarium end.

Out of curiosity what are the reasons for you to play using the beta app on PC? There are other alternatives to play this game.
