Not sure how this is possible, or as how missing any epics is because of the outage since no events were ending yesterday?  Thylessia still has 20 fragments available today, in case you thought that event ended.  

It is quite possible when the game did not work for me until early this afternoon. Plarium play for me did not work til after 3pm,. i was only able to play at all thanks to Harle steering me to bluestacks.. 

It is also quite possible that since my points arent tracking ,i consider that event over (yes i could keep clicking and hope they show up later).

Maybe I missed something but, are we going to be getting some sort of compensation for the downtime?

Yes. The mod team has been told there will be compensation. We do not know yet what that is, but the Community Managers should announce in the next day or two from my understanding. Thursday is/was a federal holiday in the Ukraine.

Still not a word of contrition from Plarium, are their PR people on holiday perhaps? This is really poor.

I would understand them stil being on vacation. If you look at your own place/company, how many people will take the Friday off if Thursday is a holiday? 

I would expect them to react..but I can understand if some of them are stil on vacation.

Um, nope.  Plarium is an IT company, making a shed load of money from ads and us people, they would have staff working 24/7 regardless of holidays.  I know this - I was a Programme Manager for a massive IT company.  I actually worked new years eve 1999 - missed a good party that night - it was part of the job.  So nope and nope again. Don't make excuses for ineptitude.

I've got a compensation right now - 50 multi-battle attempts, 5x ancient shards, 1x void, 500k silver, 3 energy refills, 2 CB keys. Looks pretty generous for me (i didn't lose much during outages).

Nope it isn't. Quite disappointing compensation given the duration and timing of the outage. With the personal tiering issue on top.

Seems like the poster above you thought it was pretty good. I thought it was more generous than it has been in the past. But that's just me.

6 more shards to stockpile until the next fusion/fragment and multis. As someone who doesn't spend, that's pretty good for my account.

Shards are always nice but it's not like they gave everyone a sacred - during 2x sacred imagine how happy you'd have made people btw...

3 Energy refills are at best 390energy which is very little

autobattles, 2keys and 500k are basically worthless.

I'm an endgame player so I get it that my view represents a minority but really, would it had been so crazy to give everyone 500gems 1 sacred 1book for example?

To me it seems that this compensation was balanced on someone lvl31 (as per Plarium's own post), no consideration for older players. Missed chance.

I'm conflicted with the compensation. 

On the one hand, shards are at least half a dozen more rare chickens (I've all but given up on seeing another legendary in 2021! lol). 

Multibattles would be useful if they didn't need to be used up almost immediately after such a heavy nrg spend for CVC and the fusion stuff, and the free NRG is nowhere near commensurate to the multibattles if you are going in the dungeon - 200 runs of the top dungeon levels amounts to 4000 NRG, which you don't need me to tell you that it's not 3 refills. Even mid dungeons @14/16 per run is 2800/3200. A brutal campaign crawl is 1600. So, whichever way you slice it, they're "demanding" more of you than they give back - up to 30 NRG refills in 6 days!

Personally on the CB keys, I lost 3 days... 2 keys is a morning.

So, while everything went sideways, I missed the personal reward on CVC by under 2k (so an epic book I think), the clan as a whole missed our final milestone by about 10k for whatever that would have been, and at least 2 lots of fragments ran out just before I could clear their events/tourneys.

I've been left with 3 lots of 75/100 fragments and nothing to show for anything lately. I'm fortunate that I'm FtP, or else I would be climbing the walls, so any recompense is better than nothing. But I do think that something "better" (like a couple of epic/lego books perhaps) could have been offered, especially to those of us who lost CB even before the CvC debacle.
