Games says there is a new update available, but clicking update it just hangs.





Been like this for about 3 days now!

Now the app says "running" for the game when it isn't!

I had to uninstall the Plarium App, then reinstalled it and downloaded the game again - and it seems to be working now!


No help as usual from Plarium!

'That message receive only those users who login at least once on any mobile device.

Desktop version won't be shut down. As far as I understand, it will be possible to connect your mobile game to desktop game and use both platforms for playing.

Desktop version won't be shut down. As far as I understand, it will be possible to connect your mobile game to desktop game and use both platforms for playing.


Really, i just logged in, i have an empty castle and it wants me to start building a castle. Plarium DELETED my castle !!!!!!!!!!!!!!


How do i get all the money back i have spent on the castle that got deleted ?

Same here. I managed to play the game in the morning but come 7:00pm Manila Time on July 4 I got an empty castle.

Sigh... No castle, all my stuff is gone.. and link says page not found..


Why do i need to contact anyone, they deleted my castle. Just stop breaking stuff plarium !!! And re instate my castle or give me a refund

I have the same problem as well where I have to start off with an empty castle. I spent so much money on the game and now this happens. How can I get my castle back now? Also the link above just leads to page not found so where do I go now?

Guys, all the issues should be fixed already. I do hope that the game is working fine on your end.

Ok I found two new bugs:

On PC, there are two spots where you cant put in defensive installations because the interface is blocking it.. The same goes for stoneheart interface.. they're covered up by the chat and normal menu buttons at the bottom.

On my stoneheart castle eagle's nest, it shows a button to claim rewards, but clicking the CLAIM button doesn't do anything..
