when i try to download and install the plarium play app, it shows the following error:


When i press "ok" it shows following error:


Again, when i press "ok", it shows following:


Finally, when i play "ok", it shows :


Please tell me how to troubleshoot this problem.

Hello, Archon!

This could happen if you Antivirus removed some system files related to the app. Unfortunately, the issue can be resolved only by installing the new version of the app. It should be released soon.

I have clarified this case. The pop up you have described appears when the internet connection is lost. After this, you are returned to the main window. 

Please try changing the internet connection for the game. I am afraid we are unable to solve the issue from our side.

ok but this morning i entered in Sparta and i played, then i refresh the app and the game loading stop at 80%, so i try many time and i restarted the mac. it stopped always at 80%. the other game as Pirates work, Sparta no from 5 h

yes before but from 7 december sparta stop loading at 80% and Pirates work

Please try to log into Sparta via browser and inform me of the result.

Also, do you receive any error messages when you try to enter Sparta via the app?

le jeu est d'une extréme lenteur, et ceci sur divers navigateurs, tel que opéra ou chrome. Depuis quelques jours ça n'avance pas et il faut rafraichir plusieurs fois par jour. En cause le nouveau moteur? ou un nouveau bug? je m'interroge, car si le jeu devient trop ennuyeux du fait de sa lenteur, je migrerai ailleurs.

j'attends bien évidemment une réponse sensée, autre que "il faut vider le cache", on est bien d'accord?

The Plarium Play app is not displaying a "play now" button to click on, like showed in images, and therefore I cannot login from the app. Please see the image attached. I also noticed there is a free bonus offer of 500 drachmas and several units now for people downloading the app and logging in through there, and hope I will still qualify for this.

Using the Chrome web browser and i keep on getting kicked out/frozen, and attached is the error message.

Hey

i play with the plarium app and had big troubles getting online today an 12:00(server update or something). i was online before and was kicked out, but i still had my troops out and then was unable to log in for a few minutes. after i finally got online i had to see that my city was raided during that span.. how is it possible that some players can play during server updates and others can't? and is this bug-using? or something else? 

anyways i want my troops back...

great support service that does not provide useful info, does NOT help and does not treat us with respect... 

 A support service that does not help at all with a real problem that closing every single time we talk about it (and no, the har file is not the solution, we all have the problem, is not a problem of our computers or our conexion!) , how difficult to understand is that?

the slow loading and the lag is a real problem, since the last update of the app its a nightmare!!!  just hiding it and ignoring our comments will not make it disappear, as we say in spain, "barrer la mierda debajo de la cama no hace que desaparezca" (elias if you want you translate ....  i am so tired of fighting a slow game refreshing every minute, going out and in of the app every 2 or 3 actions because game stops of lags dont show informs etc etc....


And support ignores us!

You can be sure that I am not ignoring the issue. I see that there are complaints, but I need information to properly forward it to the developers.
