Same with me, and now it says that the promo code has expired.

Been trying off and on all day.  Still hasn't worked and now I get the promo code has expired without it actually redeeming.

Same thing for me unfortunately. I copied code from Prime and went to game to paste the code. Message stating it was processing and then went away. Tried copying code again and nothing. Relaunched game again to try and message stated code has expired. Nothing in my Champion list. Please fix code so I can claim Champion. Thank you 

Tried the code twice, didn't receive anything and also getting the notification now that my code has expired...

I had the same issue

Having the same problem , was realy looking forward to this champion to use in arena as a new player. now my code says expired. I was pretty upset but now I see that I'm not alone , I feel more positive that something will get fixed. 

I'll be following the forum to see if anybody has heard of it being fixed. 

Haven't recieved Genbo either kept giving errors now its saying my code is expired when i put it in, its been 12hrs with no luck.

I'm assuming there will be a notification in game when a solution has been reached. Thank you for your time and attention with this issue.

The code redemptions are still processing, give it some time. By tomorrow, this will all be caught up and sorted out. As I said above a couple times, all the codes will be processed and everyone who didn't get their Genbo will get one. 

I've been experiencing the same issues as everyone else here in regards to my Prime Gaming Genbo promo code not redeeming correctly and now I'm also getting a message in-game saying it has expired when I try to redeem it. I've submitted multiple support tickets in regards to this issue and haven't received any response from the developers whatsoever. As somebody who just started playing the game last month, this entire situation has really soured my opinion on the game. 

If the developers don't ensure the effected players recieve their Genbo along with additional compensation on top of it, maybe this issue needs to be escalated to Amazon, I'm sure they would be interested to hear all about the lack of action on the developers part in regards to making things right for their Prime subscribers.

Entered my promo code for Kenbo. Recieved the processing error. Now when I try to usd ghe code it says the promo code has expired. Wth. Never recieved the promo code reward. 

Same thing happened to me,  know it says invalid promo code.  

My dude. The Devs are working on it.

See any of my several posts above. They are actively working on processing the codes now after the server reset. No cause for alarm. You'll get your Genbo, promise.

The request for additional compensation was my favorite.  6 pages of crying already, for a champ that probably helps none of them.  Well unless they haven't solved paragon yet.
