still havent received mine, tried re entering and it say already used promo code.  I do have a right to complain wether just a game or not it is a product that i do pay money for in game as well as my Prime account i pay for.  Not a very good business product, Love the game but seriously reconsidering ever spending another dime on this game, nor recommeding it!

There are server errors today, and as the maintenance just showed, they are there working on it. 

To make it clear, all the codes will be processed and everyone who didn't get their Genbo will get one. It just isn't going to be instant, this second. That's all.

i dont have these issues with other games that charge so much for in game purchases.  Its not just promo codes not working, game freezes, getting bumped out  and such.   it seems to happen quite frequently in the month ive been playing.

The code redemptions are still processing, give it some time. By tomorrow, this will all be caught up and sorted out. As I said above, all the codes will be processed and everyone who didn't get their Genbo will get one.

As with all others i am having the same issue.  The wrinkle on my end is that my prime gaming shows that the code has been used, but no where does he show up in my account...

My Prime shows it's been claimed, but not whether it's been used or not. But I've tried it multiple times now with no change.

Sorry to hear that. To the best of my knowledge this is going to take some time to shake out, especially given the time it is in Europe at the moment. I have seen quite a few mentioning they're receiving their Genbo with no issue while others have run into the very same issue you are. 

Myself or @harleQuinn will keep people on the forum updated on the situation.

I had the same problem - tried a bunch of times today on my phone app and on the computer. It would cut and paste the prime code, but NOTHING. Just tried again, and realized that the promo is no longer active as of 47 minutes ago. VERY FRUSTRATING.

So there's a minor issue on first day of the promo... BIG EFFING DEAL. Just go walk your dog for a few hours and come back and the damn thing will work.

So much cynicism here. I mean come on people. Come back tomorrow and re-read yourselves when the promo works all fine. You'll see how irrational some of your comments were.

Except this is the second champion they have given away in this series of drops.  This process has taken place before and to my recollection, there was no issue like this.

Im not impatient enough to think nothing will happen, but this is another bad look for a company with a string of poor choices lately.
