That sounds acceptable - I'll just play this fusion for fun with no pressure to complete it, then see if I'm able to buy any missing fragments after. :)

I have 1,000 mystery and 20 ancients. I was planning on using those for the Champion Chase beginning tomorrow.
Presuming I can complete all events other than the Summon Rush I'd have 95 fragments. What is the likelihood of buying the remaining 5 fragments, and how much do they usually cost?
Pants, I underestimated the Champion Chase as well - I thought rares were 100 points and you got something for uncommons as well! Got loads of resources stocked up for this fusion - except shards. Hadn't realized I'd need to save those up, too. C'est la vie.

that's more than enough to complete the fusion. you might be a bit short if you were hoping to get all the fragments from both the champion chase and summon rush, but otherwise you're fine.

Pulled Thea I was saving for CvC and got super lucky on Ancient pulls (although I was saving enough gems to hit mercy anyways). Now I get to keep my Sacreds and Voids for summon rush. 35 fragments so far.

This is well organized. I can do several tasks at once. I got lucky and got 1 lego and 2 epics out of 19 ancients.

Also, for Summon Rush I've worked out I can get 3 sacred shards by that date - one each from missions, monthly login, and if I clear cmapaign on Brutal. That should mean being able to get 5 fragments from that event, too.

Do keep going , and dont let anyone else tell you otherwise ... I did my first fusion(helicath) at 3 months in with almost to no hoarding done ... granted i did have to spend a little ... it was mostly time consuming ..But it was also a traditonnal fusion ...
If you are willing to spend ... the monthly shard pack is pretty decent during fusions ... you get shards , 1k energy and gems ...i've grabbed it during helicath fusion and during this one and it helped me because im really bad at hoarding stuff :P

That's really on the bottom end to get a fragment champ. Don't use your sacreds in champion chase, you will need them in the summon rush, otherwise it will be impossible to complete the fusion.
As the champion chase is at the same time with the champion training, you can get some extra points if you train the uncommens needed for the Broadmaw fusion. A void rare is worth 50 points, you can get two of them for 8 uncommen.
So far so good, I'm finishing up dungeon divers and champ training, will save FK for CvC because then I get to run stage 25.
I'm still a bit skeptical of this fusion. He's a good champ, sure, but content creators seem to be losing their heads over him. But in the end I'm getting him for pvp. A year down the road I might be trying to break into gold tag, then he'll probably come in handy.

I got very lucky with pulls on ancient shards in champ chase. I have at least 4500 points of shards for summon rush. I think I will get it done.
I thought I might be able to make up fragments winning one or more tournaments, but it's looking seriously competitive out there and I realised I can't compete when people are buying packs to.win. So I used my gems to buy 11 ancients in the gem shop and got a couple more epics. Now at 2k points, ready to fuse Relickeeper, and can use mystery shards for the last 250 points to get the last 10 fragments. :) Have bought the monthly gem pack, though, to make sure I have an extra energy reserve and even maybe buy Pythion's masteries after the fusion. :)
