My wife used my referral link to download the game on her PC. She didnt get anything after finishing tutorial and we got nothing after she got to level 10.
Maybe Palrium still thinks people dont know how to click a link.

Hey there I have several people I have invited to this game many of which didn’t even know what it was an I desperately wanted them to try the game and I love the game so I wanted referal bonuses and I’ve watched them follow my link and download but nothing has happened here is 2 emails that didn’t work in specific , a friend of mines email that didn’t work is. Briannafrewin@hotmail.com and my wifes account is Cassidy0518@gmail.com. Neither of these have worked I can get further information if it’s required and I’ve contacted support in game several times about it but no answer please help guys. I’m quite discouraged from asking more people to join as I see the referal not working.

Wow seems I am not the first to experience this. I sent a friend a referral code and he hit level 10 a little while ago but no referral bonus. Anyone ever get this resolved?

My friend referred me as well and he said he has not received credit either. We have both spent a lot of time on the game and like playing it, but the referral system needs to be fixed. Can a mod please respond so I can get him the credit for me signing up if possible. I know he has also spent money on the game, and I would but hate to if I can't get referrals to work.

It sounds like you have a terrible referral system. I understand that it is to get more people to play without them being able to cheat the system by creating alternate accounts, but instead of having it based off of such a shoddy tracking method, you make it so people who start can put in the code of someone who referred them. This would allow for everyone to have 0 issues with not getting referral rewards. Also, if I want to create 3 alternate accounts, and take the time to Level them to 50, that should be my business, not yours.

I have the same issue. I have tried the referral link install via mobile and via PC and nothing.Emailing the supoort team is pointless too, all you get is a generic email telling you that you do not know how to use a link and it is automated so there is nothing they can do.
Another really disappointing part of this game where the developers are not interested in supporting the players.

My code didn't work ether my brother and I are new players and I sent him my code and never worked we thought maybe certain lvl you get it so we kept trying through the game now we are at the lvl were we would have almost everything so if you could fix this be great because we've tried everything him sending the code to or me to him redownload the game etc

I started playing on PC and sent a referral link to a friend who installed on PC and we got our rewards. I then sent the second referral link to a friend who installed it on a phone that was used by his mom so zero chance it ever had this game installed.... didn't get rewards. It installed thru google play without issue. Sure wish this system would work.
To be clear, the second link was sent via email, when he tapped the link it opened google play and started downloading.
Update: I just happened to load up the game and see that both my second and third referral is now showing up. So maybe it can be delayed?

Referral code also not working for me, sent my gf a code she installed on a different device that’s never had RAID on it. Leveled past level 10. I got no reward

I too have got two friends involved they used the link nothing to my account. one even deleted his progress and did it again still nothing totally new opened two support ticks Raid did not link they both hit or near level 40 at this point have spent tons of effort bringing them along nothing from Raid sent account info 2x on their game ID always the same computer generated response, how hard is it to put it on my link. As attorney and pretty good whale on this game really disappointed pointed in company response on this point. Sad emoji Oh I get Discord is a gamers venue but not all sign up or know discord why does internal game support not address the issue without referring you elsewhere?
