There are three main reasons why players may have problems with their referral links:

1. The player that has accepted the invitation link and followed it to install the game has internal anonymizer activated for his/her phone, so we cannot identify the device for connecting it in the system. Also, the issue may be that there are emulators involved (they too, are problematic referral-wise).

2. The game has already been installed on this phone previously.

3. The user is not new (he/she may have logged in on the new device that had not had the game installed on it before, but with the account that had already been registered before).

Regarding the first point, we can suggest resetting advertising IDs or activating them to make sure that you are visible (to put it in simpler words, make sure that the device is not hidden, this can be checked in settings)

My friend also didn't appear in my referral codes. He has second hand phone but how can we know that the previous owner has installed the game before ?

i installed the plarium play client and i dont even have the chance to use any referal code from my friend. so you just kick the ass of players without a Smartphone.... its Pretty.... shit. when i oversee something, im open for tips

Hello, you have to use the link your friend provided to install the game. If you install the game before and then use the link it will not work.

Hi, I’m having the issue also, but ensured my friend used the link. Also they have not had the game installed on their device before and created a plarium ID after installing the game. I referred to the “3 main reasons why” this issue might be occurring that the previous Mod mentioned above, but still nothing has worked. My friend is now level 20ish and he’s not even listed on my referral list? What can we do?

I’m lvl 52 and have enjoyed the game. However, I can say this is kind of a big turn off. Especially with how much of a grind the game is and the cost $$$ of things in game. Any free benefit like this would be awesome, and much appreciated. I’d like to find away for my friend and I to redeem the rewards as we don’t have others open to playing the game.

I sent my friend a referral link on December 22nd. He told me about a week later that he started playing.

I did not realize that he started playing because he did not appear in my referral list.

1. He used the link I sent him.

2. He had never previously installed this game on his phone, nor has he ever played before now.

I opened 2 tickets, but received automated responses that said there would be no further response.

I sent an email to raid.support@plarium.com and received the same pre generated response twice (from 2 different reps). The 2nd was after I responded to the 1st message.

I enjoy this game and have spent $100 in the first 2 months I have been playing. I would like to continue playing and be able to spend some money on it, but it is very difficult to spend money on a game after you feel that you have been cheated by not receiving rewards that were promised after completing what was requested.

I hope that someone is able to resolve this issue.
