I've just sent my referral code to my friend who never played this game before, and I don't see his in referral program + I did not receive any rewards for him.

Hi there, I also have the same issue with the referral code, I sent the code to my son and I tough that it would eventually work but sadly not. We both use 1 iPhone x, 2 iPad pro and 1 huawei to play. Could you please help me? My player id is: um13009759 | 12825689 Thank you!

So....has ANYONE gotten referral rewards? I sent an in-game ticket and I received an auto response that had nothing to do with the issue and now that ticket is closed with no resolution.

so the referral system has issues, i got 1 to, i have 2 completely working referral, but when i reffered my gf so she can play the game, she didn't appear on my 3rd refferal slot, shes been playing and gained level, yet it wont link on my game, im gonna stop her from playing because it will be just a waste of time if it will not be linked.

I have read through all of the posts making sure when I referred someone that they’d never downloaded the game before and I’ve referred 3 people and got nothing to show on my referral screen. I can give usernames of my friends but this seems like an ongoing problem that hasn’t been fixed :/

6 months and no fix? Come on devs. Open tickets, deleted records...false advertising? I, along with others, are waiting for their referral rewards. You should remove that option on the next update if you can't produce.

let me know the main accounts in game id and the reffered account id
including store (main acc store and the reffered acc store/ ie apple or google etc)
also the devices/os's and the raid version at the time this was attempted

I sent my friend the link and when he tapped it, it says that it can't reach the site. I sent him the link multiple times and it did the same thing.

I have a Samsung S10 plus and the friend code is still not working to this day. I sent one to my friend and he sent one to some of his friends. None of them worked after they all downloaded the game and played. My in game id is AkMadTrpr

So the referral rewards system is just bullshit?
There are no rewards, just free promotion for the app and lies.
Off to check if that's even legal...

Same here. GF at level 15 already, no mention in my referral slot. Obviously, being flooded with in-game purchase offers works perfectly. I am not buying anything until you fix the referral issue.

You guys are lucky enough to even get past the referral link button for me it crashes, no feedback given and no fixes in sight. Not gonna spend money on this for sure.
