Plarium Devs - Please Note

This will be a growing problem over time as Apple will be rolling out the M1 processor across both the entire Mac and iPad range.

The solution to this problem is to re-build the play app for Mac as "Universal" i.e. with AVX support explicitly disabled.

I apologize but this is Chinese for me lol ... concretely, can I do some things to make it work normally ??

Unfortunately.. No.. the solution to this lies with Plarium and Plarium alone..

It is why I posted for the benefit of Plarium Devs... my comment/suggestion was for them - not for players... sorry

The game is working really slow on anything . Can't delete any mail and there's still listed some mail where there are not 

Above monthly Code button is a Lag report that sends the information to directly to Plarium

Game isn't loading and when it does load it's working really slow 

It has to load first so that I can send the report 

what country Please and Internet connection Type ? Are you on a broadband or dial up 

I have a chromebook, may I have the link so I can play stormfall please?

After 6 weeks of not being able to access Stormfall, tonight i got in,
played for 30 minutes then got dropped out and now i am back to this.
Interestingly i can play Raid through the same login. I have cleared
cache, uninstalled and re installed 6 times as well as deleted all
 plarium play files. Any other suggestions to try or is Plarium stuffed
again....... I am on a brand new mac laptop running Big Sur

 

I'm Very sorry but The Plarium Play App does not work on Chromebook 

Some of the latest Mac's use the M1 processor - check to see if your new Mac is running this M1 processor.

If you are - then unless Plarium have followed my earlier suggestion you will continue to have problems with Plarium Play App (technical reason is that Rosetta 2 does not support AVX).

If your new Mac is still using an Intel processor then the ONLY thing I can think of is that for some unknown reason Vulkan (standard in High Sierra and above) is disabled, missing or corrupted!! .. I do not use Mac's so while I would know how to fix the issue (Linux/Unix standard) I have no idea how to diagnose the problem - sorry.. unless there is online help for Mac's/Apple you may need to try an Apple store to get help! But hey, if it's new it will be under warranty!!

after the update yesterday i can not play the game. i hit play and nothing happens

that was 7/20/2021

when i hit play it says running, than says pending and right back to play. i have reinstalled the game and thay give same results.

Did you solved that ? The game worked well from my edge , no issues ...

Hi I have tried to reset my email as my previous email linked to the game I can no longer access . when I try and change my email it sends a varification code to the email I cannot reach anymore . Please can you help I have been playing for over 10 years but now you have run the upgrade I cannot access the game.   

Deeply saddned and at a loss what to do. Please help with the verification code
