Still not working, all day now, anyone about to fix this ? 

Game keeps locking up. Unable to play.

There is a major lag in the gameplay last few hours https://prnt.sc/we89id error messages on every other step it is painfull to play this any risk is doubled as you dont know was command consumed or you have to repeat.

I went to launch my game and it is starting like brand new! I can't find my league and I've been playing  a long time and loaded the new launcher some time ago and it was fine but this evening nothing but a new game! :-(

I haven't been able to login for 2 months. support team said my game was banned for commercial purposes. I have been playing this game for 5 years, it is a shame, am I stupid, should I do something like this. My English is weak.

I want to learn that my game has no continuity or is banned for life.

hi i went acros to plarium to keep playing stormfall age of war i was level 71 and plarium has sent me back to level 6 how can i get my castle back as i have been playing stormfal age of war this is on all servers

I have the same problem, maybe the plarium wants people to leave them

Since you have completed the new link to all existing accounts I was hopeful to be able to play on my old Storm fall account as it turned out I cannot.

I spent alot of real cash and time on me Storm fall account not really impressed  as you seem not to care about helping a person to retrieve there  old account.

I emailed Mariya Shamray as she had helped me in the past with Stormfallm issues but she never responded.

Hopefully support team will see this message  and help out a paying player.
