My girlfriend used my referral code to fresh download the game. She got the bonus rewards but didn't link to my referral window. I don't care about my rewards as much as I care about seeing her progress in an easy way. The game is quite isolated having this option is a small joy

I used my friends referral link and it did not work for us. I didn’t download the game prior to him sending it. I clicked the link, it sent me to the App Store, and I downloaded it. He didn’t get his bonuses and I haven’t received anything either.

I'm having the same issue. I'm a brand new player. My son sent me a referral. I downloaded the game via the link he sent me. My account just reached level 20. Neither of us have received a thing.

I sent my friend user Melonija my referral link and she used it to download the game, not she isn't showing in my friends list. I've used the link before and it worked fine, but she surpassed level 10 and still doesn't appear.

I send an email to support and they blame that it is my fault :|

There are three main reasons why players may have problems with their referral links:
1. The player that has accepted the invitation link and followed it to install the game has internal anonymizer activated for his/her phone, so we cannot identify the device for connecting it in the system. Also, the issue may be that there are emulators involved (they too, are problematic referral-wise).
2. The game has already been installed on this phone previously.
3. The user is not new (he/she may have logged in on the new device that had not had the game installed on it before, but with the account that had already been registered before).
Regarding the first point, we can suggest resetting advertising IDs or activating them to make sure that you are visible (to put it in simpler words, make sure that the device is not hidden, this can be checked in settings)
