Dear Moderator it is 5 days now and I still dont have Genbo I appreciate all of the hard work you at Plarium  are doing  what is the next step to get my Genbo I really need him for my account. Raid Player ID is um110284721 | 106045379 please can you help is it ok to post it here or do I need to DM you?

Hi, just checking if the servers still catching up? Tried again today to enter the prime code and it came up invalid. Nothing in my inbox also. Cheers for feedback

Unless I am just blind, I do not have it in my inbox and when I enter the promo code, it says "invalid" and has for several days now.

Still unable to get my Genbo.

 um54080975 | 52824556  Have tried every day a few times since the 2nd. Now it just says invalid. Please help.

Hey, I tried using it on the first day of the code being active and got the (processing...) bug. I figured I'd wait after seeing these updates to see if it gets fixed. It still hasn't been for me. I have still been getting the (Invalid code) error. As the weekend is coming to a close I was wondering if there is anything else I can do other than wait.

I entered the code on the first day, I experienced the processing bug. The next day, You (Plarium) announced that the bug was fixed, so I entered the Prime gaming code again, it still said "processing" on the in-game promo tab, as well as the IOS mobile webpage to enter your player ID and the code, it said "please check your in-game inbox soon". Since then I have checked my inbox multiple times aday, still got nothing...... I even made a ticket, and I only got the automated message about being patient, and another automated message about getting back to me within 48 hours. I can't wait anymore!

I cant get Genbo even I have a code from first day of event. I have contacted game support but all I get is robot answers. Can anyone help me ?

I have the same problem to receive Genbo.

I understand there are technical issues, however why not explain more ?

You're fixing the problem, nice, but what is it ?

Have been patient yes, but for which reasons ?

 What I mean, we'll wait because we have no choice, I just wish i knew what the technical problem is ? (No need to be developer to understand)

I dont understand 1 big platform some Plarium cant fix this bug.. Sorry but i cant waiting im waiting from 4days and what nothing..And i cant understand what wait and make Plaruim team? Look how many people waiting for this champion.. If cant fix this bug just saying to all player and its all.. And when finish all just send 1 energy and its all for players but Plarium team take more and more money for player just waiting we fix this bug pff this is bull shit if cant fix this bug saying to players dont waiting ..

I have had the same result as everyone on this thread. The only thing I haven't done at this point is make a new account and try that. Monday morning, any suggestions to retrieve poor Gen would be appreciated.
