 I was told this problem would be taken care of and as I see IT IS STILL A PROBLEM. IM GUESSING WE ARE NOT GOING TO GET WHAT WE HAVE COMING. I've been patient as many have. This being the second drop I have been burned on and you guys never even addressed the first one! So I figure your just waiting for us to forget about it and let it go. BAD BUSINESS FOR SURE.  I TRY MY EMAIL Again just for gp. Hopefully you guys handle this. You may lose some loyal gamers. Pissed off for sure....

I finally recieved a reply on my ticket.  After being told I would have Genbo on the 12th and NEVER getting him, then waiting another week or so, I was told I would recieve him "In the near future"  😣  So yea, I'm officially done trying to get any kind of coherent answers.  Good luck to us all I guess 😂

What is this supposed to mean? We've were told by the 12th and here it is ten days later and 19 days since the drop! Sounds like you guys are stalling and we're not going to get what we have coming. Bunch of crap! I'm passed because this is the 2nd drop that I've got screwed on! WTF..

I just tried to enter my Prime code again I orginally entered it and i get an invalid code response.  The Amazon prime site shows i have already collected.  but i don't have Genbo please help to fix my problem thanks

Is this error somehow related to the Genbo prime pack? I already sent a support request, Plarium team responded with solutions, and I just replied to the support team's message. I'm trying to figure out the root cause of this error that I have currently:

No, that issue is not related to Genbo at all, and one that can have several reasons as to why it happens. Using a VPN can be a temporary solution to that issue if you're on PC, for example. 

25 days since I initially claimed my Genbo and I guess it's safe to assume they aren't giving it to us anymore. I've provided more than enough proof that I have a valid Amaxon Prime account and whenever I ask anything in my ticket, it's met with an automated message saying the case is still under investigation. This is the worst crap I've ever had to deal with in a game. Is it even worth the risk trying to claim the next drop or will it just be another month of battling trying to get the rewards I was promised?
