Entered code again today as instructed and got "prosessing" and hours later, still no Genbo, so I entered the code again and got "Invalid code." Hours later, still no Genbo.

Do you need my player number and any other info to help resolve the problem?

I appreciate all your work and keeping us up to speed on what you know.

Unfortunately I don't have complete information on your question, or the timeline

And not a bother in the slightest, I just don't have concrete answers for you at this moment

If you are still having trouble as of Monday Feb 6th, please DM me your UM# here in the DMs here on the Forums. If it is already in this thread, please when you DM me, tell me you have already posted it here in the thread and save me some work and time. Everyone who is supposed to get one will get one, but this process isn't going to be instantaneous. I have to collect all of your info, get it over to the Devs, and then they have to start going through the list.

Thanks everyone for your patience.  I hate this is necessary to say, but please assume curse filled rants and physical threats are not acceptable things to DM me, and against the Terms of Service here and in game.

Entered my original code on the opening day, and it said it was processing, then said after that it was an invalid code. 

Amazon said that I collected it on the 2nd.  So far no luck with entering my code, several times, restarting the game each time and checking my mailbox keeps saying invalid.

I just tried to enter my Prime code again (I orginally entered it on 02/02 and got the processing message) and get an invalid code response.  The Amazon prime site shows i have already collected.  I do not have Genbo
