When you received the ban did you find out how long it would be for, and why?

Chat support isn't a hat that I wear, unfortunately. Usual play is to wait it out while support responds and try to correspond with your clanmates and other friends through avenues like the forum messaging and Discord servers. 

Someone sent me spam about a site where you can buy/sell accounts.  I was banned shortly after that.  

I will have to wait it out.  It seems they need to get rid of their bots.  

So I'm clear:

Are you saying someone sent you that message using the actual in game chat function, which resulted in you getting a chat ban?

Someone sent me REAL spam about another site that will buy/sell plarium accts.  I get the banned message when I try to send a chat or reply to one.  

I got an email from support that it is fixed but its not.
