The issue is know, as of right now you get the gems back when resetting the app/game.   There shouldn't be anything lost, but if you feel they didn't all come back, then write me a pm, with your information and I will ask support to check it.

edit:  I came and looked at the thread because I thought you wanted Plarium to steal your money.  I am not a native English speaker, but I would suggest you wrote the topic as [Plarium is stealing my money]
