Douglas, I suggest clearing cache or using VPN because we haven't received similar complaints from other players. The server works smoothly. 

If you play via Plarium Play, please find the "Plarium Play" application shortcut on your Desktop area >> right-click it >> click on the "Open file location" option >> delete the "Cache" folder in the opened location.
