good morning, i try  the new experience with  the plarium portal. the game, stormfall, don't load, don't work. i'm the 96 level and i  think that  i loose everything, now can u resolve the problem? thanx a lot

successfully Migrated i suppose

downloaded the app installer

installed the app then this black screen with plaruim play icon and no more progress

left the computer on, had dinner and there is no progress

killed the process from task manager and restarted it guess what happened

the black screen with plaruim play icon dis appeared and the application still runs in the background as shown in the task manager no more

uninstalled the app and reinstalled it same thing happens

by the end of this year my battle journey will come to end this way 

i am trying to migrate to plarium play an i cant seem to do it ,i have tried so many times

Just bought a Mac Mini. M1 processor. Download Plarium Play. Went to install and gets to final step and says it can't install plarium play.  Mac Mini prompts you to delete downloaded file. 

Update.

from Apple support, looks like Plarium Play may not be Compatible with the new Mac Mini M1 processor.  Plarium issue!!!

Anyone out there using Mac Mini with M1 processor? 

We have a player that uses chromebook.  Can not complete the migration to plarium play.

What can he do ??

I have been trying to log in for a while on FB. It goes up to about 94% and stops. I have done all of the troubleshooting and nothing changes. I can't switch my account to Palarium Play because all of the instructions seem to be in the game. Any one have any ideas?

UP TO NOW I HAVE ONLY BEENABLE TO PLAY ON THE NEW  SEVER  3 NOTE 3 TIMES  SINCE  I DID THE CHANGE OVER  THE  GAM E JUST TAKES  TOO LONG TO LOAD  IF IT LOADS AT ALL PLEASE  CAN YOU SORYT THBIS PROBLEM OUT  AND STOP TRYING TO BLAME YOUR PLAUYERS SETTINGS  OR INTRNET CONNECTIONS   AS I CANSTILL PLAY THE GAME ON  THE FACEBOOK PLATFORM  WIOTH NO PROPBLEM  WITH THE GAME LOADING   

I am unable to install the plarium play as I have no admin rights. This is disappointing after 7 years of play. Not a good way to leave the game.

hello i have migrated all accounts over and im able to play but as soon as i log out or off ive lost everything and i have to download again getting very frustrating surely this cannot be right only trying couple more times and then i give up any answers ??

i think plarium games portal and admin have no idea on why so many peeps having so many difficulties they going to lose alot of money hehehehehehehehehehehehe wat a way to end a great game not happy

i have 3 castles 2 of them loaded on Plarium but when i try to add the last one it is asking me for the ID number and i have no idea where to find it please help me with this or i will lose my main castle that i have played for at least 15years

the game will not launch in the plarium play app on my computer but says i am migrated 

I am having problems with transfering one of my castle to Plarium when i click on add a player i get a pop up and say's put the ID number i do and it the e-mail has already is in use  how can i get both of my player on Plarium with the same e-mail address please help time is running out

The problem is not your PC it's the operating system on it. Mac users (regardless of model) must have High Sierra or higher installed.

Chances are you are using an older version of the Mac OS.. to "upgrade" to the latest Mac OS go to the following and follow instructions...

No .. you can't migrate to a "Vista" pc ... the play app is designed for Windows 7 and upwards.

I migrated yesterday on my daugters laptop.  today I tried to play on one that is mine and I could not when I loaded play it started me over again from the beginning instead of my saved game where I was level 107

Can't get the game to load from FB to Palarium play. Have saved progress several days in a row. It keeps saying it can't find kernel32.dll. Can you fix this before the cut off date? I don't want to lose 6+ years of progress. Thank you!
