What do you mean "he doesn't get to comment in here"? 🤔 Is he banned in the game, on the forum, or in the chat?

He doesnt have the comment box below to type in https://prnt.sc/15mjkvo , and he also thought I gave him wrong link to this thread as he can't see his messages, said he only sees yours and mine so not sure what's causing this.
