About a month or so ago I downloaded Palarium Play so I could play Stormfall and it was working great until today when the game had an update. I couldn't continue without the update, so I updated. Since the update I cannot launch the game. I get error code Id: pp25132323. I cleared my cache and everything else and even restarted my computer and I still get that error code. I can only get on the game if I use my browser now.

Just installed the new update to the Plarium App today, now I am unable to play AT ALL. This SUCKS, I am A League Marshall and need to be online frequently,  The game fails with an error. How do I go back to the version that works? Game will not load at all in my browser which is why I use the app. you need to have a way to revert to the old version. Why would you release an untested beta version without reversion ability???

Total Domination, a game I rarely play, loads perfectly since V3.0.0 update. Stormfall, with over 800 days of continuous logins, will not load. Guess which one I want to play (and have spent the most time and money on).

Will I be able to login tomorrow, will we all be compensated if we cannot?

Also the game will not play on my browser only on the desktop app, so I cannot play at all. Please sort it.

Hello,

Same problem. Since the update of PlariumPlay I can't launch Stormfall. But I can connect via internet. 

I would like to be able to recover PlariumPlay. Any help is welcome.

Same problem as everyone with the new Plarium App - Rise of Balur works fine, but not Age of War.

The new "Support" button doesn't appear to do anything either!

Had to download the new version of the game app this evening and it will not load. The message in picture is what I get trying to log in. No matter how many times I try relogging in I keep getting the same error message.

The only way I can get the game to launch is by clicking PLAY NOW at the top or bottom of this page.

Hahaha! First thing that comes up is "download the Plarium app for a better experience"!! I got into the game, but it (usually!) plays better in the app. Hope they fix it soon - and make it easier to contact Support!

my vip support andrew has just reply to my message when i had this problem he said to me reinstall plarium play app when i did that it started wortking again so i no longer needed to play in browser anymore after that so try that and see if that works

Latest "fun" while trying to load the game - this is the message I got AFTER following instructions and clearing cache!

Top of the page - if you are using Plarium Play - says an update is available. I am trying to download that to see if it sorts it out.

Hello! I am sorry that you faced such an issue.

Please follow these steps:

1. delete the Plarium Play from your computer completely;

2. download the application at https://plarium.com/de/plarium-play/ and install it once again;

3. login to your Plarium account;

4. start the game.

Also, we implemented some performance improvements and the game should load better now. I hope this helps!

"Performance improvement"? The mouse scroll button no longer zooms in and out - well, I suppose it didn't use to before the previous update (had to use the +/- buttons).

Unable to take any action on buildings in my castle.  i have switched browsers, logged out, changed cpu, and verified I have the current flash loaded.  I can access my keep going through the tabs on the side of the screen but no buildings (house of scrolls, black market, embassy, catacombs, etc...) are allowing access.
