This looks rather strange indeed. What browser do you use?

Even after blocking flash, game is not loading, same java script error... seems plarium has filtered out non coiners...

So, for several weeks, the non-coiners have been experiencing the unasked  "favors" from the ruthless "devs".  Just curious, is somebody in plarium thinking about possible retalition?

The players who were given access to the new engine are not chosen based on their in-game purchases. We have also applied a new bugfix to the game, it should help with the issues you mention.

Please check your browser's compatibility with WebGL by following this link: https://get.webgl.org/

If the browser is working well, I'll need to know how much RAM your PC has.

Do you have solutions to this problem? If your devs are not compatible enough, why did you go for beta testing? If you want most players to be gone, I must assure you, this was one good step to eliminate users, who are frustrated enough to not been able to log on to your servers since one month almost

A very small fraction of players is affected by this issue, and the devs are currently looking into a resolution. What you can do in the meanwhile is download the Desktop Plarium App (available on the Portal home page, screenshot included below). According to reports, it helps even affected players.

Done but the app is not working as my computer is of 32-bit OS. Seems the app is for 64-bit. Do you have something alternate?

There is emulation software for x64, but that is not an ideal solution. You could try different browsers (though Chrome updated to the latest version is the best choice under normal circumstances), make sure all other programs are closed to free up memory. You can also check your RAM situation through the task manager while loading the game and send us a screenshot.

May be we misunderstood each other. Chrome is updated to latest version, but the app is not opening as it wants 64-bit. Please check the scrnshots:

I understand that the app doesn't launch on your Operating System, though that is not something I think can be fixed quickly  The advice I gave was meant as options to try alternatively to the app.
