I'm having the same issue, tried to link my account to a Plarium ID and  it reset my account.  In game ID James of May trouble ticket 1681520.  Also sent you a message.  I've tried every suggestion I can find on the forums and FAQs.


I would HIGHLY suggest no one try to make a Plarium account.....

Add me to the list. Logged off for less than an hour and when I tried to log back in it asked for my email and password. I entered them correctly but it wouldn't take, so I opted to change my password. And now it seems I've reset my account, the game starts up from the very beginning like all of my 7-8 months of grind never happened. I would greatly appreciate my account back.

Just put a refund request with Apple since I clearly can not use my purchase, maybe losing actual money with get them to look at support tickets.  I will be adding my gold pass and other purchases I am unable to use if I don’t get a response soon.  I payed for a timed event and I’m losing part of my subscription time I PAID for.

i lost my account too. ticket number - 1685479.

ingame nick should be fkmenowpls or Fkmenowpls. i don't remember. but i have my facebook and amazon prime tagged to it. with the same email address. 

kindly assist.

Did you happen to try signing into your amazon prime account on the new account?

Apple already refunded my min max pack.  If enough of us get a refund from the services they are not providing maybe they will do something.  I will put in for a refund of my gold pass soon, since it is a timed event I am being blocked from using.

Even a live token reply of some kind would have made a huge difference, all I got was an automated list of steps I already googled and tried.

Same. It seems like the account was hacked and then unlinked from our Facebook and Plarium id and then linked with something else. Feel so disappointed after spending so much time and money on this game.

Got a reply today.......it basically said we closed your ticket because we are too busy, if you still have the problem open another ticket.

Got my account back today, everything is as it was, I just lost all those daily collects and quests, plus the golden event time.  I had to REPEAT myself four times in the same support ticket, no new info.  Just kept repeating it.


They have lost an paying customer, I might FTP but I doubt it.  So many other good games out there.  Good luck to the rest of you.

I was having a lot of issues all of the sudden and the game would not run. I installed it and reinstalled it, even did a whole lot of digging through the registry. I figured out which unity build that the game runs on and messed around with that as well as a lot of forums on somewhat related topics. It's a long story. At the end of the day i figured it out. I never install the software that comes with the hardware and here is why. That is what i did to the behest of all of my experience. So one of those programs ended up being the source of all of my problems. It is called Sonic Studio(there's also a similarly named program that is part of it but i cannot remember the name) and is part of bundled software which was bundled with armory crate. Again i never install that crap. The moment i uninstalled it my game worked completely fine. I guess that there must have been an update to it last night that ended up breaking Raid and probably a lot of other unity based games as well. Not sure if it helps those with caacount issues but the thread name is a bit misleading so i am posting it here. Never install bundled software, only drivers.

Hi guys,

I got confronted with this issue today, and by browsing the forums, I was unable to find a suitable solution, so I came here to post mine.

After I deleted and reinstalled the game, I got this error when attempting to log in after going through the tutorial : "This Plarium ID is already connected to another Raid account. Create a new Plarium ID to product this account." Deleting app data and cache didn't help, trying to log in with Facebook had the same results.

What I did to fix it:

1. Uninstalled the game

2. Reinstalled from Google Play Store

3. Launched the game

4. Just as it begins downloading the files, there is a Log In button on the right upper corner of the screen

5. Click it fast, before the game manages to log you in and walk you through the tutorial

6. Select Log In with Plarium and enter your ID / email address and password

7. Enjoy your recovered account

I hope this works for you guys, and hope I make at least one person's day today. If this works for you, please share with others who might be facing this same issue.

On a side note, as someone who is actively working in Tech Support, it's a shame that Plarium offers this level of support to its customers, yet it's willing to invest so much in advertisement. I really hope they're in for the long run and this aspect will change though.

So I just started playing and same thing. There is no fix and no CS. I can't believe years on this is still happening. I will be getting a refund from Apple. This is terrible. about $400 pay to win dollars spent.

If a mod reads this they need to email me fast or i am refunding.
