Hi, I sent the referral link to a friend who wants to play on iPad. When he opens the link, it says that the game is not available on that platform yet. He downloaded the game from the app store but the link still doesn’t work. How can he fix it?

I am here to tell you it in fact does not work. My son saw me playing on my iPad. And asked if he could play. Sent him the link he opened it downloaded and set up a plat account. Leveled up, and I didn't get the rewards. Now I KNOW for a FACT that he downloaded the link ect
A because I sae it with my own eyes. And 2 because he got the new player referal rewards the 3 items and a brew and something. So if the game registered that he got a referal and gave him the rewards then how is it he did something wrong, as to I didn't get the reward but the game in fact registers his referal as he did.
Good luck answering that.
BTW ur game is awesome, I get that it's new, but your support team could use some help, this is like my 5th problem in the 2 and a half weeks I've played the game. Hope all the bugs get worked out as this is one of the better ipad/cell games currently out.Jul 22, 2019, 22:4807/22/19

Thank you for the email address, I emailed the support team with my case ID for escalation and sent them a link to this forum page. You can't possibly say the Referral system is working as intended, I get there are pretty specific steps to refer someone but it's not super complicated. Also why not just take care of your customers?
Love the game and community, hope we can get this resolved.

Easiest way to resolve this would be to add an option to add a referral code manually within the game. Relying on install links is entirely unreasonable, because hyperlinks are prone to redirection. Like with most of the issues with this game... it could very easily be fixed.

It happen to me. My issue was that my iPhone cant refer Androids. It only works with iphone to iphone. Android to android. Idk if its just me or anyone elss

I am having the exact same issue. I created an in game ticket, and received an automated response about not being able to log in. I have sent the code out to 2 of my friends/familly who had never played the game, and they all downloaded it through the link. One is working fine but the other wont work. They are both lvl 15+

I read this thread before, so I was aware there was issues because of this I sent 1code each to 3 friends, because of this thread I made sure that it was people who hadn’t downloaded the app before, I personally download it and did the tutorials on all 3 phones, one of them got the extra items and is on my list, the other 2 aren’t and didn’t get the gifts and thus I missed out on my sacred shards and other extras, please find a way to sort it it isn’t right

I've received a link and did all the instructions and my friend was not able to get any rewards. I sent a link out for my own game and it still did not work for the other person either. They downloaded straight from the link and no rewards. They also dont appear in my referral list.

I sent 2 friends links no problem. Then I sent the 3rd one to a friend who I guess already had downloaded the game. He still tried to use it but it didnt work which makes sense. So then I sent it to my brother who did use the link to download it correctly but it didnt link him either. I was trying to get all 3 referrals but my link isnt working. Is there a way to get my brothers account linked since he did follow the correct procedure but for some reason the link is hung up or something?

I am having the same issue. I saw a prior post telling someone to email issue to the support. I did that and never received any sort of feedback. I sent my wife and a friend my link to them via a text message. They both clicked the provided link and it directed them to the app store to download the game. So what is the story? Will this be fixed? Can you even add them to my friends list or do I have to find new friends to get to play this and try my luck again?
