I have had the Plarium Play App for at least a year now, and everything was going just fine, up until about  or 4 days ago when I got a message upon opening my app that there was an update for the app... Next thing I know it started acting like it was downloading then all of a sudden, my app disappeared and the download failed... To make matters worse, it will not allow me to redownload the app, continues to say setup "failed", and continuously sets off my anti-virus to investigate it... I have Windows 10, did an update to my computer, have plenty of space, and even checked my Flash Player... I am highly upset because I have to use the browser now and I loved the app so much... Did this happen to anyone else and do you know how I can contact or who I need to contact to complain about this issue?

@Blackbuttafly, did you try to completely uninstall the app, download it (via browser, not within itself) from here, and then install it (not upgrade it)?

Yes... It will not download the app period... I'm quite disturbed and highly upset the update erased my app...

The download works fine for me. What browser are you downloading with and what error message is it giving you when the download fails?

I have tried it with Internet Explorer, Opera, and Chrome...I have Windows 10 and have done an update... I have also installed and uninstalled more than once... It activates my protective program to investigate it as well... The error message I keep getting is "Installation Failed"... I'm not pleased at all bout this... I have coalitions and brother hoods i am not only apart of, but on two different games i am the leader... The app was very convenient for me as a faithful player...

Can you please remove the application once again, turn off your antivirus and then trying to install the Application again from here: https://plarium.com/en/plarium-play/

I did as you said and the "Setup Failed" at the end of the download... This is very disappointing... This update was a major fail... The last time there was an update, it was no issue with it downloading and installing... Same computer, Windows version, and protection program(s)... SMH... Is there an app store version of the app available that doesn't require an online web browser download???

The App is having problems, If you log out and log back in you can never load the game, until you exit out of the app and reopen it, annoying.

@Buttafly, I talk to Alina. Devs will need to be consulted about this, so it might take a bit of time (especially since it's weekend), but you're not forgotten.

THE GAME S NOW 150% - 200% EXPOSURE WITH NO OPTION THAT I CAN FIND TO REDUCE IT

Hello, Captains!

Devs are working on a new version of the application which will contain fixes of the major reported bugs.

It's planned in April for now and will improve the Application performance significantly.

Just "updated" my app.  errr ah reinstalled it.


I've not explored it to much but right away I noticed a big change.  Thank-you for letting me pick my own install path!


install complete and moving forward.  I see a preview for a pretty awesome looking multiparty game intense looking battle scenes making me jealous that all I got is this little black puff of smoke for my Fireship graphic.  It completes or I scrolled down or something but I got to the juicy bits finally.


Some much needed features.  My thanks yet again for the "my games" tab.  It is nice to be able to jump right into my game with one click.


I also found three other new features that make it more of what it should be.

a Profile area.

a Friends section so you don't have to log out and reopen in a browser to see if anyone has sent a request.

a chat section for the above mentioned friends.


and it gets better!  Check this out!  When you luanch your game it opens in a new window so you can still access all of the above while playing your game.  Not sure how many games and servers I can open at once since I'm just a simple pirate but WOW that is complete awesomesauce!

Space bar doesn't work in chat in Ver 3.0.0 for me and others. Some have this bug others don;t

Also when I tried to go to Support, the whole thing crashed, I had to reboot.


i uninstalled, did the setup again, and it still no change.


In previous version I had no issues.


Not running the app now.

yeah I posted all the good things I saw then went for a cruise in game.  (facepalm)


At least they were on the fix quicker than ye tongue can freeze to metal riggin' whilst sailing in an ice flow!
