Did you open any other chest before you tried to open the Devine one ? 

This has been an ongoing issue that many have had as the Master Key  can open any chest 

This  is why Before I collect those chest first thing I do is clear out all chest in my inventory that do not Have Keys and also make sure there is a spot to receive the chest  in the top inventory area.

Then I collect my chest (usually I find I need to leave and re-enter the game before the chest shows up )

Then before anything else open the Devine Chest. 

Doing this I have never had a Devine Chest that did not have a key that can open them.
