Locked out of the game for half of  today's mini Asgard, all my clan members gave up trying and I spent time and money preparing for this. This unacceptable.

So, the game loaded and froze at 18%.  While fixing that problem, someone created a 504 error.  Well, the 504 error is gone, but the game is back to loading slowly and freezing at 18%.  Arrrgggh!

most of us didn't get the 5 mill runic coin from plaruim to compensate being frozen out for the best part of 3 days .... I bet all the coiners got it tho.

Again at 18% !!! What you guys doing actually !!! After loosing interest we bearing from 6 years - if you make the most attarctive game of the world - No One Will Be Back!  This is Human psychology. Look at the past history for a moment & learn, Plarium. Or you will be in past story only soon. Mark My Word!!!

Every time you guys do a maintainence update, the game freezes at 18% loading, this is getting tiresome, the game NEVER had this many issue 6 months ago. On average, after maint updates, I cant log into the game for anywhere from 4-8 hrs. I have missed out on many events, battles, and rewards due to this issue and can never get a straight answer for not being able to login..........

Ввести в гру Українську локалізацію.

Читаючи вікіпедію про вас, то знайшов інформацію що є багато офісів в Україні.  Тоді це не повинно бути проблемою.

Також є пропозиція внести зміни в прапори. І добавити тужи всі можливі. Це є взагалі простим

the game doesn't load both on Chrome as on firefox.. , just stops at 18%....
that's for 12 hours at least.
PLEASE fix it ASAP. 

Once again game stops loading at 18%. Tried all the usual fixes and have been trying chrome also.

Try this.  Open Chrome; click on the three dots in the top right hand corner; in the drop down menu click on "settings"; in the menu on the left click on "Privacy and security".  Now click on "Clear browsing data" and uncheck "Cookies and other site data".  Finally click on "Clear data" and allow a few moments for your cache to clear.

nothing is working for me on my pc game wise, cleared cache and all the other stuff that was suggested but it still only loads to 18%.

Fix this mess and get us back to playing!!

It is possible that you think you know how to clear the cache on your browser but actually don't.  So search on DuckDuckGo or google or wherever for the way to clear the cache and follow one or more of the methods which show up.

The problem with loading occurs every time a maintenance makes any change to the game's programming (as the recent maintenance did).  The version of the game stored in the cache is out of date and the consequent inability to load prevents the game from updating the programming.

I am afraid that demanding a fix from Plarium cannot achieve anything.  Self help is required.

Yeah.. clearing cashe on Firefox works... but why and what the fuck?
