I am betting you did not remove all of the old plaruim play from your computer first . It must be completely removed (each and every version ) Including Previous down loads and apps even the recycle bin. after you have sent everything there.
Then restart your computer and check through and Make sure all traces of the plarium Play app are gone before you try and re-install. if this doesn't help then use the support link I gave you in the post above
Everything was working Just Fine when I went to bed. I get up this morning and All of the Sudden you won't accept My Password.

Palrium downloads but fails on installation.
I just got a new Macbook Air with the M1 chip. The plarium Play game will not open to where I can enter my login info. It's just a black window with the triangular Plarium logo. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. No luck getting it to open. Ideas? I just got it to work just once on one of my StormFall accounts. I opened the folder named Cache and deleted all the files and tried opening the game again and it seems to be work. I switched to the other account and Stormfall doesn't load. So, I clear the cache via the app and now the game doesn't load under either account. Help please?

also check your anti virus it maybe blocking the Plarium player

There is no anti-virus software installed on this Mac. That link primarily refers to PC's not a Mac.
Not sure what is going on but the game is loading but not really. I'm just looking to see if others have this issue? Here is shot of my task manager...
Plarium is using high power but nothing moving fast. It's taking upwards of 10 minutes for each game pop up to process. Nothing in game is clickable.
Nothing has changed on my end. A/V etc has not even updated. I'm just wondering if it's server issues?
When I test my connection everything is at advertised speed.

While I am not personally having the problem a large number of players have reported to me being unable to get in. They get a blank black screen when they attempt to load. As far as I know all of them are on Plarium Play, I am not on Plarium Play. They have been unable to make reports because they can't get that far. The problem started around turn over time, this morning things were apparently working fine. Some have emptied their cache and reloaded but things still aren't working.
It should be corrected now Plarium has issued a appoligy gift

Game loads fine and plays normally 1st run. Trying to log in a 2nd time the game screen starts and goes black then white and stays white, loading does not continue. I have tested this on 2 new M1 Macintosh machines, same for both of them.
I have submitted to support 2 times, 2nd is support #4259618.
They suggested basic stuff, did these and still the same.
The Apple OS has a user called “Guest User” which is designed to be a guest user. When the guest user logs out all the local files are dumped and the next login is a new setup. I have been able to run the game while in the “Guest User” and it will not launch the game a second time, but first run works fine. If I log out the guest user account and then log back in as the guest user the game will again run properly as a “first run” so I can play the game in this first run scenario. If I have to quit the game for some reason the game will not relaunch until I log out of this guest user and log back in as guest user. This indicates to me that the game is creating some file the first time it runs which will not allow the game to launch properly again.
This happened today, The launch screen had the small orange icon, top right indicating an upgrade. Now it freezes. It has been sitting here on this for ten minutes. You cannot get to the main launch window to clear the cache. Suggestion, program your app to time out after 10 seconds and automatically clear the cache...
I have got great wifi but can't login. Cleared cache but when I did game would not reload then deleted app and reinstalled but app won't load. I expect better tahn this.
