again  I am having problems with login..black splash screen... running Widows 11 on PC

I'm in the US and it won't connect to the server. 

This is the third time in as many days that raid starts on splash screen and stays there..Widows 11 on pc.

Your game is broken/ I have spent time and money and now I cannot access the game through plarium. Your implication that it is a problem on my end is absurd, although it is the common goto excuse when updates and patches screw up the game.
