I was banned as well...for excessive talking in my clan chat...no warning. No way to talk to my clan  cause it doesn't look like, or I haven't found a way, to msg others. This is pretty ridiculous...

How many post does it take to get your notice Plarium?this issue has continued for far too long. I have over 40 years of experience in both management and ownership of a business's. I understand how complex some problems can be, especially when tasks are dependent on multiple departments or sectors of an organization

But at some point you must come to realize that someone, somewhere, is not doing their job.  

Recently I have noticed several positive changes in the game and the approach used towards your customers.  I appreciate your effort to make our experience better. 

 This particular problem is something that you seem to have overlooked in your efforts to improve. Or, the improvements don't  seem to be happening in every sector of your company. 

  That, and other clues, lead me to believe that you likly subcontract this part of your business. If that is infact true, then this subject in your forum, particularly the lengthy time frame,  should be the evidence used when explaining your reasoning for not renewing their contract.  

 If that is not the case, then I hope the person in charge of the system that is causing this problem is fired and blacklisted.  Because  Anyone  responsible for something that causes this much customer dissatisfaction is sabotaging your company and your customers trust in it. 

The same happened to me. I was talking with my people and got a chat ban for no reason. I never offend anyone or talk about nosense just the opposite, my chat is just for helping others when they ask, to greet or to salute. I'm leader of a new clan and they need me now.

I was talking to my Clan Leader about FISHING and LIVING IN A SWAMP...how does that get me banned? I didn't even initiate the chat, he did, asking me about my hunting season so far.

If this isn't fixed immediately, I'll give my several hundred dollar game to some child...they can have the Facebook account as well.

Same issue here, just joined guild and  talking with guild member and banned from chatting for 4 days for terms of use violation. Bit insulting really, just spent money on the game.

Just got banned aswell, as a clan leader its important that I can answer the questions my members have... There was no specific reason for my ban what so ever..

Was hoping this issue would fix itself. I went through the in game support. But looks like better results come on this forum. Please see ban screen shot.
