I have had the same fucking issue for you over 4 days!!! I have contacted support and only got a stupid auto response which didn’t help at all!! 

My account is nearly 2 years old and has so much progress on it, like fuck I’ll be starting again.

Still not able to log in with Fb on my phone, it has The latest version of iOS, so Im stuck with playing my main account on my iPad, where The game constantly crashes. 

Which means I loose loads of energy, keys and tokens.

And still nothing but standard response from Plarium, NO compensation, just The feeling of being robbed.

HEY I FOUND THE FIX, if u want to login with ur fb account.

just dont touch the screen where u in loading screen for very first time. look at right top corner, there is login button, then choose login with facebook.

if u touch the screen and watch the intro and tutorial sequence, just make another fake email account in plarium, the choose log out. it will bring u to loading screen again. 

Hey buddy! Just figured out a solution that may help you (possibly for I phone users only sorry)

I haven’t played in a long time, but I had my account saved with Facebook. Coming back I had to re down load it and even do the dumb tutorial. When that was done I was also having trouble logging in saying Facebook was already linked to a different account... 

(this is where the solution comes)

If you” log in with Apple ID “ you save your current freshly-out-of-trial spot. When you do that you get a new option to “sign out” next to the “log in” button

Once you log out it shoots you back to the original login ( pre-patch screen) that has another “log in button, that when you have the chance to (actually ) “log in with Facebook”  

I’m curious if this helped anyone, it not too much a bother mag me on Reddit @Lonzy18

i had a similiar problem , my tablet suddenly started a new account. probably after a force restart.

anyway , when i started the game i couldnt login with my facebook account , it had already started a new account.

and it kept telling me account is already linked with a different facebook account or something weird.

what i did was go to the device settings , into app , and into the raid app. cleared the app cache and data. (cache alone didnt work)

now when you start the game you will have a login button on the top right , and it worked. i logged in with my facebook account and my old

account loaded. hope this helps .
