Dear Plarium! Over night all my artifacts vanished. Literally ALL of them. Even those I had my champs equipped with. I did not sell anything, did not change anything. So please, what happened?! This can't be true, can it? I spent so much time and money. Please take a look and tell me, what I can do! Thank you very much in advance!

I had a lot of items in my inbox and still have some of it. One day recently I noticed a lot of arena token bags, 25M+ Silver, gems, energy come up missing. I paid good money for that silver and other items and I want it back. I find it hard to believe that so much of MY items have gone missing. I believe that it had something to do with one of the MANY updates recently. No screenshot. Their fake Player Support Team, Including Oksana, has basically told me to pound sand. It wouldn't take much for even a newby coder to find it and replace it.

I recently sold a bunch of artifacts for silver and the silver never showed up in my balance. Wondering if I could get some help with this

Hello! 

Smth happend with All my artifatcs. 

I can see only "life" staff which I looted today. All other staff equipted on heroes and inventory dissappeared. Please restore it. How even it could happen?

Any way you can restore a piece of highly valued gear I accidentally sold when I bulk sold some items?

If that is not possible,

can we at least get a way to lock the items that we really want to keep? The way the system is currently setup, it's extremely easy to forget an item selected (that we don't want to sell) when we sell items in bulk.

Security is responsibility of an user. So in case of "hacking" or sharing accounts and someone abusing your trust, Plarium is not accountable for restoration of characters and gear.

Furthermore, mistakes can be done in game such as selling gear on accident or feeding champions, but again, its a responsibility of an user. In that case, you may attempt to ask support nicely to restore your artifact you accidentally sold but its still condisdered irregular and more of a favor from support agent. Artifact you receive back would have randomized sub stat and would be same type of gear along with same star level and rarity.

Every similar game has a way to 'lock' gear except this one. Asking for a way to prevent such mistakes happening so easily shouldn't be considered as a favour imo.

Now that is a constructive criticism. Its a nice idea, and I ll forward suggestion of locking gear pieces to devs, but that is as much as I do. Ultimately it is up to them to decide whether or not it will be implemented. As for champions they already have that feature, so its pretty hard to "accidentally" feed your rare and higher champions.

I accidentally sold my day4 reward while it was +11, the lifesteal epic helmet which had insane attack rolls. Is there any chance you can help?

I recently started playing again about 2 weeks ago. I was excited to see many of the "junk" Legos I had collecting vault dust were really good now! I'm glad I never got rid of any Legos, including tomb lord. I've been grinding them up one by one, now getting g to TL, got his gear planned.... and he's vanished from the vault! You can check logs, I NEVER toss a lego and they are always locked, not to mention he's been sitting in the vault the whole time. Can someone please take a look? I hate to think there is random vault vanishing going on, but he was just there.

Thanks, so far just form response "champs don't dissappear you ate it". Thing is, I just started playing again, took inventory, looked em all up and made a strat. He was sitting away in my vault like he had been for years. I dont sacrifice legendaries, that's why I still had him. I'm not asking for blind faith, just check the logs.

Boy, I am an idiot.  I leveled a character and mistakenly used the new legendary charachter Ronda.  I feel like a total idiot....  I just was't paying attention.  Is there any way to restore my bonehead move?  I would really be grateful.

Really sorry to hear that. Unfortunately there's not much we can do forum side about that, but please contact support using the link I posted above and see if they can assist you.

Hello, just spent over an hour selecting artifacts to sell....just under 3 million selected and lost connection in between...did not get the silver and some artifacts if not all are gone...one in particular is my only mythical one I ever had and was def not selected is gone.....my only red one ever so that one I know of for sure. 

Any help would be awsome! ~Ronda wants her 3M back!
