cannot find it in the plarium store 

After logging in everytime I try to get the gift it says:

 "Free Gift Already Claimed. The contents of the Pack have already been added to your game account."  

Nothing went to my game account and the offer doesn't dissapear from the store. It stays there saying I already claimed it and doesn't give anything...
