Hi Plarium, mates, 
I can see that the browser crashes are always due to out of memory situations - the Unity tries to enlarge its memory beyond 512MB. 

In order to overcome this a good advice how to start/configure our browsers will be appreciated. 

A list with supported browsers and their preferred configuration will also help. 

Additionally the list of supported mobile devices and OS versions will help also. 

I am experiencing crashes on my phone since 6 months now. I wrote to Plarium and they did provide some hints ... which unfortunately after applying changed nothing. Last weeks experience on my phone is I spend 50% of the time to re-login in the game so i use my phone only to watch the chat a bit.

Since the last update my PC browser also started crashing so I am literally out of options to play the game. I am quite persistent as I like the game and I will continue playing regardless this problems but I am sure most of the people are not. If things continue to get worse with each and every update we will see lots of small and mid-size players leaving the game .... pity.

these have be a few update today... always clean cache after a update...


clean cache can maybe you to load the game at 100% and enjoy all new bugs when playing

Looks like you also need to work on your QA processes since your fixes are just breaking more things and the "rewards" are not equal to what we are loosing every time you take down the servers especially given the KVK's and other challenges going on.


Instead of continuing KVK's etc. pause them and fix the bugs and while your at it, do a purge. we have too many cities that have been inactive for years that are taking up capacity.

Hello Plarium,

Could you please have scheduled Maintenance during the Down times between CvC and KvK.  This is not fair to us players if you perform maintenance during these events.  Some / most players have set their shields to a specific times when they will be able to play, but, if your performing maintenance during that time... once the game comes back up... the player might be at work, school, etc... and they will lose everything... that is not fair.


I hope you will consider this as a reasonable request.

Since the Jothuniem Updates my game has become unplayable, log on look around the map and WebGL Error crashes after 5mins without fail. Have done all the things suggested by Plarium and still is happening. The same ERROR occurs in Chrome and in Firefox. I have had to step down as clan chief as I am unable to lead my troops into battle and/or fight at all because of this Server Memory issue that causes the WebGL error that kicks me off every time after 5mins. I have been playing the game for nearly 2 years and over $7k spent on the game and Plarium tell me it is my problem with my internet, which works fine by the way. Very un-impressed and quite pissed off at this stage

Hello B00M! To be able to conduct the thorough investigation, we need the information of all browsers you use to play the game, your PC's configuration and the screenshot of the error. Also, describe your actions in the game before the error message appeared. Please provide us with this information in private message. Hope for your understanding. Thank you in advance.

Yet again the Mobile version is up and running but players using PC are screwed!!! And during a KvK so lots of dead troops and more cash for Plarium!!!

I enjoy reading all the negative comments. If most people realized what is involved QAing an update or new feature they wouldnt be saying some of these things. 

It is almost impossible to think of and test every single scenario that might arise from an update, any and every software company relies on users to report bugs/problems.

Be patient people plarium will fix it if they know about it.

hi just in case tech dont know when you try to do shaman skills tree when you select the slot you want to add points to the tree jumps to the bottom and you have to scroll back up to see what your doing this happens every time you select a slot to add points to, not sure if it happens in hero skills tree as mine is maxed, ps im a pc player

I'm sure by now you guys have received millions of info sent to you from players about this and should have a general idea of what is causing it, it started happening after one of the updates so it's pretty clear that something in what you introduced or changed is causing the problem. Many people are getting really frustrated by this and getting sick of hearing the same thing said to them. How's about stopping any further additions to the game for the time being and make the next update a correction to fix this problem. I promise you that will make many more people happy than any new feature you introduce

sure, you are right... it is called beta testing when a lot of people test software/update... beta testing exist so that most of the bug are removed when released for the paying customer...


unfortunaly, today, most of the software company cut corner for maximaze own benefice and have no work ethic... unfinished, defective and rushed product are released to the public... seem to become the norm for software company, lucky that car company don't do the same

I have issue with purchases and plarium taking items from my account which i never received ! 

Not only did (glitch) take my money but Plarium in their wisdom decided because i cancelled payment would take items from my account which i never recieved fn nice!!

Old saying plarium: kick a dog when he's down
