I tried with Chrome 75 and with Firefox 67.

I tried on different computers running Windows 10 and Linux (Ubuntu 19.04).

I tried clearing the cache of these browsers.

I tried everything I could to access my account, but I always get the same error when the game is loading:



This has been going on for several hours and soon it will be the next day in the game, meaning that I will lose all bonuses of the day.


If this bug is not fixed soon, then I will also lose my shield, my troops, my resources... including some that I had saved when I bought a pack.

same here plarium play giving error just to get it to run.....tried 5 browsers gets to 52%  and quits

Same problem here. Running on Microsoft Edge, have restarted the browser, restarted the computer, cleared the cache several times. Gets to 52% and errors out. Was working fine this morning. 14 hours later it won't load the game.

same - been cleaned out in the interim - does Plarium compensate -  does anyone know?

The App work on PC, I do it. I play only on computer.


They change something I can load the game now.

The game started working again a few minutes ago.  They have finally added the missing file that was breaking the game at 52%.


After more than 24 hours without being able to log in, my daily rewards have been reset to day 1 and I missed the ongoing events and rewards, but fortunately my shields were still up so my town survived.

The app works only if you have a Windows PC, not just any PC.  It does not seem to run on Linux. I tried running it with Wine under Ubuntu Linux 19.04, but the installation failed because of errors with the .NET framework.

So for me, the browser version was the only option, and Plarium broke it for more than 24 hours.

I´m facing exactly the same issue by using the Plarium App. It seems that the previous issues reported above were solved. Does anybody know how this was done? Support is not supporting but it seems that the error message is not complegtely new if this occur already in the past.


Any hint would be helpful.Thanks
