Issue with Adobe Flash Player

Hello, Lords!

We are receiving tickets about Adobe Flash Player is blocked in different browsers and our games do not load. Also, this issue is actively discussed on the forum. I would like to clarify this case and provide you with the solutions. 

The issue is related to Adobe and Windows 10 update. In order to solve the issue, you need to enable the Adobe Flash Player in your browser. We have made an instruction for different browsers how to enable the Flash player. You can find it here

I have followed all the procedures outlined. My flash play is enabled and functioning properly, however when I try to load the game I continue to get a message that flash player needs to be installed or enabled. Other plarium games seem to be loading fine. Any other ideas or suggestions? I have not experienced this issue in the past.

Same issue here,  tried to un-check adobe player then open back and enable it again... tried through adobe website,  tried many things,  it tells me it's active.  You realllllllllly need to get this fixed.


Temporary workaround solution:  Use your other IE explorer still available in W10. (or any other)

I also have issues with flash player and I used the older explorer that's on my pc to get into the game. windows 10 would not let me post this while in 10's browser either. had to post it in the older browser.

Just so you know..  The game does not work since the last windows 10 update in the Edge browser.. none of the information in this thread or the link you posted helps fix the problem or is even helpful.  They are all work arounds. 

You get an error message that flash player is disabled when in fact it is not.  It only does that in the Edge browser for this game so I'm guessing there is a compatibility issue since last update.   The only way to run the game now is using old version of Windows Explorer or through the Plarium App. 

You keep giving links that tell people how to toggle flash player on and off in Edge not anything that solves the problem.   Because it's on and the game still doesn't load and gives you same  error message.  People  I know who have not done the last windows update yet can still get on the game through Edge.

One of our players has written an instruction for Edge browser and he states it works for him. Please check this thread and inform us if you are able to launch the game in Edge browser.

Yes...  This worked to solve the issue..  But wow..  some pretty convoluted instructions.

   So when you get the error pop up message you go up to the top in the website address list and click on the locked symbol to the left of the address and it will add Plarium as an allowed Flash player permission. Apparently the windows update added this level of security for flashplayer.

So the instructions to follow the adobe link in this thread are not needed other then to see if you have latest version of adobe.  

All I can say is this is going to cause a lot of Edge browser users to switch off to the game if they can't figure it out.  But I do appreciate your response as it helped me Thank You.

Hi all i have tryed every step as told but still plugin aint working for me i have the newest adobe flash plugin version but it still aint working i have the newest chrome version but still aint working.How can i fix this??

M Windows is 8.My browser is Chrome.

Stormfall game stopped working for me 3 days ago. Just shows white window.
Tried different PCs (Windows 10 and Windows 7 respectively), different browsers (Chrome, Firefox and Opera), different game links, upgraded and reinstalled flash player, cleared cache, checked security statuses and allowed flash to be used, restarted game/PC etc. Still problem.
Same problem with Soldiers Inc., so not only Stormfall. Still suspect flash player somehow, despite having gone through all the steps. Checks say flashplayer is indeed the recent version and active/unblocked. (Used this link for check: https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player.html)

Microsoft Edge browser works but first complains that it can’t open the content in a frame and I need to open it in another window and prove I’m not a bot. ME is a poor browser for this game though and lags/crashes frequently, so I’m not OK using it.

Any ideas?

Have you tried different internet connections? Or you have been using the same connection on different PCs?
