Please explain exactly what your issue is . And please  list every step you are taking .

I accidentally changed the server from one (The Dark Plains) to another (Untimed Lands). After that, the game started to load and stopped at 99%. So the game did not open. But from another login I can open the game.

U wrote to support team, but as I understand they cannot understand the problem or the cannot help.

No I resent the request in when I saw you had a valid issue  Have they contacted you again yet?  I will ask again for you ! 

They contacted with me. but they cannot solve the problem.

I will probably have to leave the game. Since I can't open it
