Lords and Ladies, I'm sorry to hear that you feel like the game is dying. I want you to remember that the game doesn't exist by its own. Stormfall is not just a game, it's all about players who develop their Castles, who find friends and allies, who join Leagues and create interesting strategies on the way to their marvelous victories. And all new features that we release are directed to make those relationships stronger and victories more memorable. Please remember that you have a chance to make a contribution to make the Stormfall world more interesting by adding your suggestions on game improvement.
In 2017 we're planning to add more interesting features and continue implementing your ideas into the game, and I sincerely hope that such strong and charismatic players like you will choose to conquer Stormfall with your mates.

You're new as a Community Manager and I understand that it might take time for you to get a true understanding of what is going on. This feeling about the game is not new, it's just becoming more evident as time goes on. Most players feel that Plarium does not listen to our concerns, and think that the additions and changes, over the last six months especially, have had a negative effect on the game. Those of us who post on the forum are the tip of the player iceberg - most people don't want to spend the time to post, but a number do read it. As a leader in my league, I hear what my players say, and speak with many other leaders. Morale is at a serious low, and unless Plarium does something spectacular to correct the situation, Stormfall will be a ghost town.
It has gotten to the point where unless you are willing to spend real money you can't keep up, and can't compete with those who do spend. Why spend hours building and recruiting, and then have someone next to you throw down their credit card and turn your castle into a mini-mart for resources and PVP points? There are players with unlimited spending, and their force strength reflects that. How do you defend a beacon against someone with 500,000 offense units - UNITS, not offense strength.
Nobody likes a game where you have very little chance of succeeding through personal effort and skill, and that's what Stormfall is now.
I saw in another topic where you said that people liked the Beacon Massacre event. Nothing personal Eugenia, but given all the multitude of overwhelmingly negative comments here in the forum, I have to wonder about your reading comprehension. The only reason the forum isn't flooded with negative posts now, is people have given up and commented by leaving the game. I think the ones who like the event are the ones who spend the most. The rest who get involved are just trying to keep what they've built. You do know that the revive opportunity only counts for units lost at a beacon? The only thing this event has accomplished is making beacons a liability.

Lady Jezebel, I know that some players don't like this Event. However, there are a lot of players that actually do enjoy the Massacre Event. It's a chance for players to engage in massive fights and battles all over the map. Many players that were afraid of losing their Units now have a chance to use them and restore almost all of them for free right after the event ends. Thus, small Leagues finally have a chance to overcome stronger enemies and show their potential. And big Leagues need to act quickly and jointly if they want to hold their positions.
We're not planning to cancel such Tournaments since there are many players who find it very interesting and addictive.

Never mind, I know I'm wasting my time because Plarium management is not listening.
