You should get the ticket ID automatically. If you did not, perhaps it was not submitted properly. Here is a direct link to Support requests:

Investigations like that remaining indisclosed is absolutely normal practice. In fact each and every game that I have played follows it.

What is the point of reporting, if there is no chance to verify whether anything was ever done? In the case of a rogue plarium employees, that means they might be cheating with total immunity. I doubt it is like that in many other games.

Feel free to browse and look into how such reports are handled in other games and you'll see for yourself. And the point of reporting is notifying our Support staff about a possible infringement that will be investigated and dealt with whether you are notified about the results or not. If it is actual cheating, the offending parties will be penalized.

I am not just posting this because I am a mod but because it happens to be true
Just before Xmas I started receiving abuse in game from someone I had sent just 2 PA's to
When I blacklisted him in game he moved to sending me abuse on facebook
when I blocked him sending me PM's on FB he then started posting the most vile abuse and threats against me and my family all over forums on facebook, luckily my privacy settings are such that he couldn't see anything about me apart from my name and 2 pictures however that was enough for him to rightly assume I am a parent
I eventually had enough when he involved my child
I reported him to plarium with screen shots and was told they would look into it
I got one more message from him and then his city went dead, not one more message, no more threats, nothing
I can only assume that he was removed from the game much to the relief to myself and to several other people he had treated the same (he even went so far to harvest someone's grandparents details from facebook at ring them up!)
They can and do act when they are able to however they do have a confidentiality policy which they adhere to rigidly

Morteee. "confidentiality policy" is a good thing. But when it is a pretext to covering up for violators - it it is not good.
I have another proof that probably a plaruim staffer or a lover of a staffer is behind that. All of the sudden, my lvl dropped to lvl2.

After I mentioned that nasty thing, plarium eventually let me switch to my account from the lvl2. Was not able to get from that server before
