Thank you! I've posted with issues in the game on many occasions so fair to post appreciation on this one. This fusion is exactly what we love to see in the game. A great champ with a logical kit, great artwork, hits hard if built for it and only 9 books! Seriously, half the books of the still useless Pyxniel. Not only that, but looking at the schedule we have a choice in how to obtain him and can avoid pulling shards if we choose to go after the epic in training and don't want the extra epic. That is fantastic. We can get him through the grind and the two big paywall events aren't blocking unless you choose to speed things up. That is excellent for all level of accounts. It is truly appreciated.
Of course, now that many of us will skip summon rush and champ training for the epic is at the end of the schedule, I am assuming we don't get Foli-gate!
Three high quality legos released so the pool is not watered down - also fantastic.
Epics and rares aren't as good as many in the game so dilutive. If they are all great, then the fusion isn't compelling to do. If poor, the fusion is more compelling but pool diluted. That is really a problem for progression as the odds a new account gets an champ like Apothecary gets lower and lower each month. Maybe more fragments for epics like has been done in the past but that still leaves epic dillution. Put quality rares out and people will still choose a lego but that still leaves epic dillution. Seems like more fragment events instead of fusions would help. Maybe 2 fragments and 1 fusion per quarter. Have a higher quality fusion lego in the fusion event so the epics can be of higher quality.
