I would imagine if we were having an issue navigating the Shop it would been fixed already and would have recieved a lot more responces from support.

What was the solution to this?  I'm having the same issue.

ETA: rebooting, clearing game from recent apps didn't help. Signing out and back in did clear it.

ETA2: problem is back 30 minutes later

Game was running fine until tonight small patch of 80 has character screen unmanageable. Can't scroll down on characters or gear sets. Using Android tablet and phone.

I'm now having this issue on all platforms including iOS (iPhone and iPad) and Windows. Is there a solution? I've uninstalled, reinstalled, and rebooted all three devices and it still is happening.

Watching the screen, it appears that every second or so, a champion is selected as if something was clicking/touching that champion. Its generally whatever champion you have clicked on in the top few visible champion.

And it appears to be happening in both three column and multi-column modes.

I was literally in the middle of summoning new champions and I'd just spent a lot of money on new shards to win a Champion's Chase tournament. Now I can't clean out anything so I can summon the shards I just purchased.

On the theory that changing the number of champions might stop it from doing this, I summed a couple more. It was still happening.

SOLUTION (for me): What did work was sacrificing champions to level up another. I no longer have the scrolling issue.

I have had the prior number of champions before. I hover around that number all of the time so isn't some specifc number, it was the act of changing the number lower that worked.

I checked on the Plarium Discord server for known-bugs. 

The fix for my account was to upgrade one artifact on a champion. 

Seems like this would not be related, but it worked for right now.

It still Resets today if left idle for a certain amount of time. 

But the main issue is this >>(March/4/2021) Players are explaining the situation wrong. But keep note Plarium might not think this is an issue at all.

 Anyway, <<Below>>

When you look at your champion listing main hud when you click (Champions). By default itll list your highest ranking to its lowest.

If you scroll down to a champion you want to look at. Any time you click "Review Button" to get an idea what others think of this champ the game will automatically reset your hud listing to its default. Basically "By default itll list your highest ranking to its lowest." Why this happens <No Idea>. It is very frustrating and simply annoying. 

You now have to scroll all the way back to the champion you were originally looking at.

Will not allow a player to goto <Faction listing for example> all dwarfs and cycle through them while going back and forth from review and the skills option tab for your personal research and analysis (When picking a team for example).

Have to re-scroll all the way back down just to look at another dwarf. By the time you get back to look at another you've already half forgotten the first one you looked at.

***If you're in the Tavern at anytime you click "Ascend, UPgrade Skills, Upgrade Rank, Upgrade Level, Champions option" It will once again reset to Default.

***It will not reset to default if you stay in that particuliar tab. You only hit X to remove champion it will not reset. It will stay stationary.

Im new I know this. Only playing 40+ days now. I am constantly reading up on champions and going through pros and cons for certain dung teams, FW teams and other teams. Every time I sneeze this dang thing resets to default listing. This might seem minuscule/miniscule to some   but when your trying to read, click review, click skills, masteries and artifacts to compare champions it just makes you want to throw the phone at someone.

***Please look into this Plarium. Theirs no reason the Hud should reset everytime a player wants to research or read up on champions they have. Especially during Faction listing. All the champions are right there and all a sudden the hud resets.*** sigh...


Just an Idea: Anyone with authority read this help a player out. "HUD listings by Support, attack, defense and HP type would be awesome." If I want to see only my support types would be a breath of fresh air if it was incorporated into the search hud.

As already suggested by another player on this thread: Upgrading any artifact seems to fix the issue for me.

I'm having this issue right now. My champion list keeps resetting every 2-4 seconds as I'm trying to scroll down and it's making the champion list completely un-usable. The issue is also occurring on the arena screen as I try to scroll down to opponents. I tried upgrading one artifact and the issue is *not* resolved.

Upgrading an item fixed the scrolling up for me.

Someone suggested to sacrafice a Champion to another as a solution aswell.

Upgrading artifact didn't resolve for me, neither did sacrificing a champion (I've had the issue for over a week, and done multiple of each of these "solutions".) The issue is occurring not only on PC (Plarium Play launcher) but on my Samsung Galaxy phone as well.

This clearly hasn't been resolved yet as I am repeatedly having this issue, and it's now halfway through July 2021. Ze Craft is my ingame name. Scrolling through champs and flicks back to the top over and over. It's a frustrating race trying to scroll down to the champ you want, find and click on it before being sent back to the top of the list and having to start scrolling. Again and again and again...

The exact same problem is happening again with the latest release 4.60.2 across all platforms.  I have followed all the instructions for reinstalling, rebooting, etc. This is a developer/QA issue that is only experienced while playing this game. I am on day 84 where I have played for hours per days and have seen zero problems with the champ list until the 4.60 release.

Willing to make a bet this is a server issue as everyone is reporting the same symptoms across all platforms. Think about what happens when upgrading an artifact your device will establish a connection with the server to update your artifact status that is then available on all devices. I am going to try and install VPN to see if that resolve the connection issue.

You might want to open a support ticket if you continue to experience issues. You need a link for that, or can you get to that screen in game?
