Scrolling Champion Screen is broken, almost unusable

This affects all platforms (I have tried Plarium Play, ios, and Android).  I cannot scroll in the champion screen because every few seconds either while dragging or while not touching the screen at all, the position randomly jumps back up to the top.

This is a serious issue because it is the most basic functionality of the entire game - managing champions.  I cannot do it without significant frustration and headache.  I cannot even find the champion I want to put gear on, because by the time I am close to that champion's location in the list, it jumps back to the top and I have to start over.  I have tried uninstalling, re-installing, multiple platforms, everything.

I already spent thousands of dollars on this game, so it is very frustrating to constantly deal with such basic issue.

Please advise.

This same thing is a big problem for me; would love to hear of a solution.  I'll add the note that it also occurs for me in lists such as of competitors at the arena.


To the OP, a mitigating semi-workaround is (a) change champion display from list mode to grid display (button at top left), then (b) select the champ you want to work with, then (c) put the display back to list mode so that you can actually do whatever with the champ.  Unfortunately, if you have more champs than can fit onto a single page of the grid, then scrolling it is still subject to the same jumps/resets.

I am having the same issue. my IGN is BadkinGG. This is getting really frustrating to play through everyday when trying to just scroll through long lists and then getting shot back up to the top of the list...

I have the Same Scrolling Bug on PC and IOS (iphone and ipad). That Bug is slowly becoming extremely annoying.

Has there been any update on this? Was really hoping this last update would fix things but it has not. It makes managing your champions almost impossible and very fustrating.

I'm not 100% sure yet but I think this might be fixed after latest update.  It hasn't happened to me yet.

Exactly the same problem (PC & Android). This also happens with the arena list (as already noted).

Got a response from the support team:

It is a known issue, and the game developers are already working on it.

It's good to know that they are working on the fix.

I am also having this issue, unable to do anything on the champion screen which basically locks down the entire game.  Please advise.
