Nothing??

Did your friends start their account on the 7th of October, or the 8th?  I can't tell based on your post timestamp as it is probably thrown by my region.

If they started on the 8th then they will have just missed it by a day.  If they started on the 7th then they should be eligable

I've got the same problem. Ninja hunt didn't show up, i've been loggin in for 4 days now and there would be plenty of time until October 15th to get to 7

Unfortunately, if you logged in on the 7th your time, it might have already been the 8th where ever Plarium's server is!

they start it on the 7th! shamman was showing as a reward, it kind of sucks missing it. oh well, let them keep playing or stop. it's up to them.

I  just  collected  my  shaman  for  the  7  day  login  bc  ninja  wasnt  available.  It  was  the  12th ,  plenty  of  time.  Thought  maybe  he  would  show  after.  sucks  that  they  pulled  him  so  quickly  Before  their  "log  in  before  the  15th"  kinda  disappointing  With  how  low  legendaries  drop  and  how  good  he  is  especially  for  a  new  account.

That 100% sounds like an issue, and I agree that it would be bad form for Plarium to not honor this.  Their Raid Digest back on the 1st of October (https://plarium.com/forum/en/raid-shadow-legends/843_news/20921_raid-digest--01-10-21/) specifically said the below.  I would reach out to them if I were you

The Special Ninja Program is coming to an end!

Even the top teams for the Doom Tower include Ninja, a free Legendary Champion based on the famous streamer Richard Blevins. The last day to obtain this character for your account is October 15th. But since you need to log in for 7 days to get the Champion, you’ll have to start playing RAID on October 7th, at the latest. So it might be reasonable to invite your friends to Raid till then if you want them to have this remarkable Champion in their Collection. All players who join the game after the Ninja program ends will get an Epic Champion Shaman instead, the regular Daily log-in program champion. 

The mod team has brought up this issue, waiting to hear back.

I really hope they'll look into this issue as it has such a bad impact on morale to see everyone with Ninja.. Just anyone in my arena stage has him :(

Agree that it would be disappointing to miss it as Ninja is a very good champion.  That said, the mods are on the case so we should give them a chance to get some clarification and come back

It's the  same  for  me,  I  got  the  shaman  today  as  my  7th  day  reward  but  I  didn't get  Ninja.

So  as  it's the  14th  today ,  I  would have  gotten  the  7  day  login  Ninja  reward .

can  you  please  sort  it  for  me  as  well?

Your pic shows that you started today (Jizoh as epic in 7 more days). You can't get Ninja anymore. You should have started early enough that day 7 of your game is before the 15th of October. Not the same situation as others showed, who claimed their day 7 login reward today and it wasn't Ninja.

Jizoh is the second week login champ.

So, if you got shaman on the 13th or 14th, you can either open a support ticket in game, or here: https://mobile-support.plarium.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360000007492

Or DM me your UM# and I can submit it to Plarium for you. I am collecting these if you want to go this way. There is some deadline based on local time zones where the servers are, but that is something Plarium can check for you.  We can at least check on it for ya.

i got shaman today oct 14th the ninja login reward ends on the 15th why the hell did i not get ninja if i already have my 7 day login reward before the 15th?
