Another week goes past and still nothing on here or for my support ticket.


Time to call it a day, cut my losses and move on.

Ive noticed many notices we get from players saying they haven't gotten an email back from plarium because the email they sent was wrong,

many times they have auto add info and the email it fills is not the email they had wished to put through


Just a heads up on that...

When are they FINALLY fix this issue!!! Im sick and tired of the Envoys, Merchant and PM system giving me false flags. Its redicoules how long this takes and its getting pretty annoying. In my BH they ALL have the same problem.


Dont you know that everytime Anne O'Malley sends us generated mails it gets stuck?. Maybe you have to look into that and finally FIX THIS ISSUE!!!! How hard can it be!!!!

Greetings pirates 

I would think with all the complaints Plarium receives about bad coding and in game bugs that they would concentrate on fixing these issues 

Not developing a new profile page that no one will use anyways

None of these bugs are getting fixed and if they are they are back with the next update 

Also the price of your upgrade etching is outrageous A player is required to buy them to upgrade or you sit in limbo 

Why can Plarium not drop the price on these ? Or perhaps have more discounts on etching packages at the very least 

With your prices you add new meaning to the term PIRATE

Our developers are working on the bug fixes. As for Etchings, we regularly add discounts for them and probably are going to add them to the Tournaments rewards.

I sent Cannoneers, Buccaneers, Marauders and Frigates to adventure lvl 13,  but the battle killed my B. Gunboat... hating plarium bugs, I have messages wich I can't open and read. I've spent my money in this game, but after the last events, I'm thinking about to close this game forever.

I totally understand your frustration as a player I have seen the same issues, Not sure this suggestion will be well taken, but submit a ticket everyday and if every player does the same, maybe it'll get their attention.
