When are Plarium going to fix this latest round of bad coding

Nearly every time Plarium do an update, everything slows down to a crawl, communications indicators show incorrectly, timers freeze. What the hell is going on?

The game is close to unplayable.


I have cleared caches, switched browsers, you name it - GET THE CODING RIGHT please.

it would be nice to fix all the problems before they add new updates who will make even more problems

OURHOUSE is right game started to be unplayable , last night i did not saw two incoming raids , only got reports when those two people crush in my haven 

 and please dont tell me how they boosted their raids because even when they do that you can see raid indicator ....

I totally agree 

My whole Brotherhood has complained about the lag , false messages, false alerts, screen freeze and having to refresh the page and browser constantly The more events you have running at the same time The worse these problems get

Messages will be fixed with the next Update. As for the lags,

there can be many reasons why the lags occur.

The issue can be on your PC/browser/router/Internet provider/CDN/our server/etc.


To understand the reason of lag, we need some additional information. You can help us to investigate your case if you do the following:


1. Access Chrome -> More Tools -> Developer Tools - http://screencast.com/t/dXnNlwFTV8y6


2. Access Network tab http://screencast.com/t/rRKZ9T9bsG


3. Try to access the game


4. Do the right click on any line and tick Save as HAR with content http://screencast.com/t/gxsrje20g


5. Input the following command in cmd: tracert plarium.hs.llnwd.net Then make a screenshot of it.


6. Send this information to our Support Team: http://support.plarium.com/Tickets/Submit/.


They will help you to understand the reason of your lags and will help you to fix them.

It is just getting worse, it is obvious to anyone that the amount of data that is being synced is causing lock ups/freezes etc. I can see how my game pauses when I am attempting to carry out an action and immediately the pause/freeze clears then I get an incoming action message. Please get this tested before releasing anymore updates.


Notice I used the word test again - do Plarium understand this word and its meaning?


In fact, if you need a test engineer, let me know and advise the salary, I may send you my CV.


Just tried some more, it's like going back to the x286 days where you pressed a button, nothing happened, you pressed it again to make sure you had pressed it and then realised you'd have to wait twice as long 'cos you asked it to do the same work twice - wake up Plarium!


How can I type too fast, impossible you say for an engineer - but not for Plarium's software!

Some issues require more time to be fixed. Please be patient, we are aware of the bug and are working on it.

If anything your people have made matters worse with your latest upgrade 

All the same problems still exist and now when a Brotherhood adventure is finished the rewards are no where to be found in the smugglers den

W T F Get it right people You continue to tell us to be patient and yet nothing gets fixed with the coding on your upgrades

i can bet that everything is somehow connected with you know what and you know who.......

when Plarium find the way to lock all doors from hacker attacks game will be normal again....

I'm guessing that Nightwolf is pretty close to being correct. Time will tell. (But they probably won't admit that was the problem)

I guess that it is pretty useless hoping a fix will arrive, now 5 weeks, submitted a support ticket to which I received the automatic response but nothing since over a week ago means this game is on a downhill slope, I will not be investing anymore funds in it.


What a shame we have been let down.

Very well said, Everytime someone confronts them they are beating around the bush & when someone tells them the truth, delete posts & ban the member.


there is one thing which is going to get delete in next couple of hours, their developers can't figure it out.

Guys, this is a known issue, and our game developers are actively working on a fix. And you can help them.  To do that you need to send your Coords and server to Anne Bonnie in PM if you have this issue right now. She will pass this information to our game devs. It will help them to identify the source of the issue.

Give us source of pirates & we will write the code for your developers, than you can forward them for upload.


But i wonder, do they know how to update live server? Because everytime updates are delayed which i think because they are busy searching google on
