Champion Group Upgrades

Provide an optional method of doing multiple Champion Upgrades.

Only allow up through Grade 4, trying to help the little players not the big money players.

Upgrade:

Grade Rank Level(note 1)

Note 1: Default to the max level for that Rank, do not allow change

Note 2: Default to the Upgrade Rank, do not allow change

Note 3” Default to 1, if the player chooses something greater 

               limit it to the max level of the Upgrade and use all levels

               less than or equal to for the Grade and Rank specified.

I suggest placing this under the Items tab.

Also suggest you make them available during the Undead Hunt tournaments.

Give 1 aft the first hundred points, 2 more after 500 points, 3 more after 1,000 points, 4 more after 2,000 points.

This limits the big money players. But lets the little players that work hard at the game get something.

It would take several clicks and the user would have to give it some thought.  A fellow league member had a question and this was my response:

It is for upgrading a group at a time. Example: I have 25 of Grade 1 Rank 1 Level 15, and I want to upgrade them to Grade 1 Rank 2 and I want to use

Grade 1 Rank 1 and any level 8 and below to accomplish the upgrade.

I meant it to complement the Undead Hunt by doing groups at a time.

For the retirees all the time spent upgrading champions max'ed out with the Undead Hunt is not a big deal, for those that are still working  a 40 hour week with a commute each way it is difficult. 

his is what I basically envisioned.  I am sure the Developers will make it look much prettier.

This would save so much time, it would be like the "Sanctum of the Shards".

There we can combine crystals, doing the champs is similar to combining shards manually before they added the combine all function . A friend says doing champs is like mopping a dance floor with a toothbrush.

It could allow you to turn 20 grey level 1 champs into 5 grey level 2 champs etc.. cost x amount of resources and give x amount of emeralds? By locking the champs you wouldn't accidentally combine them or have a temp slot like in the Temple of War where champs could be combined.

Many of these function exist throughout the game already so shouldn't be to hard to replicate.

One thing to consider here is that it might send Champ XP points through the roof during the tourney, e.g. being able to upgrade X number of Rank 4's by sacrificing Rank 1's with a couple of clicks. 

Unintended consequences and all that. 

That wouldn't particularly bother me, I never finish up in the rankings to get a Holy bond but it might matter to some. 

I believe in the Undead Hunt Tourneys the attacks completed count, not the upgrades.

This is how I compute what is needed to produce a level 7 Champion.  Big reason for the suggestion.

My reference is Rank.Level.

1. Get 720 1.1

2. undead hunt 360 to 1.15

3. upgrade them to 360 2.1 

4. undead hunt 120 to 2.20

5. upgrade them to 120 3.1

6. undead hunt 30 to 3.25

7. upgrade them to 30 4.1

8. undead hunt 6 to 4.30

9. upgrade them to 6 5.1

10. undead hunt 1 5.30

11. wait until you can enlighten the Champion before proceeding

12. enlighten 1 to 5.30 

13. upgrade it to 1 to 5.35

14.use the other 5 5.1's to upgrade 1 to 6.1

15. undead hunt 1 to 6.40 

Then you have to this through the 6.1 point 6 times to upgrade that 6.40 to Rank 7.

If you are willing to skip the 100 Emeralds at step 13, then skip steps 11 through 13.

Skipping step 11 results in the 6 maxing out as a 6.30.

Example of how I would actually use the Group Upgrade.

Get 20 1.1

undead hunt 10 to 1.15

repeat 36 times

use Group Upgrade 360 1.15 to 2.1

Yes, I would have to buy a lot of slots for these to reside in.
