How come the in game mail service doesn't work?

I have tried on google chrome and firefox and it doesn't work on either one of them. Does it work on IE only or is it just simply broke?

I open it up and in the message area it's just blank. No matter what button/key I hit nothing will type. How am I supposed to mail neighbors or clan members with a broken mail service?

ok never mind I figured it out. took a while. Their mail system is as strange as their chat system is. How come they don't have arrows or something to indacate that the chat box extends/pops out?
